Heartfelt Gratitude: Winter Magic

Dan, the author’s husband holds a blue saw. He is looking at a tree with an orange mark on it, because it is dead.

Working in and enjoying the woods, is one of our favorite things to do together. We have wanted to cut down a few dead trees for a year because we enjoy driving the trails with our Can-Am. The Can-Am is a little bit wider than our Ranger was, so we have a bit of work on some of our trails to do.

Non-members may read the full story here.

Since we also burn the dead trees we log, it becomes a win-win! I don’t like to cut trees during the nesting season, though. So this is the perfect time of year to do this type of work. It was fun, too!

A pile of wood and 3 blue battery operated chainsaws sit in the back of a Can-Am.

Not only will we be able to drive through the Black Walnut trees, but we can also walk, ride or long-line the horses through the trees as well. Dan, my husband, found another short path we can add to the mix. This will create a nice addition to the trails through the woods.

Please take a moment to slow down. Connect to the magical energy of winter. Stay there, in that lovely energy for 30 seconds. Breathe in and breathe out…

Since there is one dead tree at each end of this short section, we will remove them to access this new path. We will cut them down within the next few weeks, so we can access this short lane and add it to our frequent excursions to the woods.

Dan, stands at the end of a trail segment. Several small trees are covering the trail.

Dan, finished cutting the trees down with a used saw blade. He cut them low so we could easily mow the trails. 2 of the trees we cut were alive, so we piled those logs in the woods. They will dry there, to be used in a year or 2 to warm our home.

A tree is hung up on other trees. A winch line is wrapped around it and viewed through the windshield of a Can-Am.

Only one tree hung up on the trees around it. Fortunately, we were able to pull it out of the woods with our winch. Usually, we use the tractor to drag them out, but the trails are very wet, we didn’t want to tear it up with the tractor. The winch on the Can-Am worked perfectly.

The log, that was winched, lays on the ground.

Being out in nature, calms my soul. Working in the woods, with my partner, fills my heart with joy. It also uses muscles I want to keep strong and flexible. I don’t need a gym, when I spend time creating, maintaining trails and harvesting the trees we cut down.

The woods are still, this time of year and very quiet. The birds have not returned from their long journey south. The frogs have not emerged from their long winter nap. The leaves have not emerged to rustle in the wind. It is a quiet, calm and peaceful time in the woods. I find winter, this winter in particular, to be a personal season of reflection, peace and simplicity.

I am grateful to be enjoying a magical winter experience. I have time to notice the peace within my heart, experience the simplicity of my life and reflect, as well as, look forward to the next chapter of my life.

Living life at a slower pace, has allowed me to experience life, at my core. I have connected to the energy of our earth through my heart and my soul. I am once again connected to my inner voice and wisdom. I am strong and confident. I am loving life and being who I have always wanted to be, but couldn’t be, because of the beliefs I had about what others would or did think.

I listened to the messages my friends (ex’s included), colleagues, students, children, parents and society stated, subliminally or out loud. These thoughts all created a framework in which I lived. I lived that way in order to fit in, to remain employed and connected to the people I cared about. I was not confident in myself, most of the time. I lived a great deal of my life within the confines of fear. Fear of rejection and fear of disappointing others.

Not only has retirement allowed me an opportunity to heal from trauma and burnout, I have discovered me at a whole new level. I don’t have to please others. I am gifted, creative, strong, independent, and at times a loner.

Yes, a loner!

I am confident and happy with who I am becoming. I am also completely OK with myself, just as I am today. I am OK knowing that tomorrow I may decide to pick up a new hobby or activity, but for today I am using the gifts I have and the new ones I have discovered. I have grown to love my gifts and I am not afraid to use them. I have time for my horses, my writing, my land, my husband, my close friends (family included), my hobbies and most importantly, myself.

Do you listen to your wisdom or the wisdom of others first?

Are you feeling trapped or free to be yourself?

Can you experience the magical energy of winter at your soul level?

Manifest a magical day.

Heartfelt Gratitude: Physical and Emotional Balance

I have been spending more and more time sitting on my Balance Rider It’s purpose is to build up the core muscles and stretch the hip flexors. This exercise is important because these muscles are needed to keep me balanced on my horse if he zigs or zags unexpectedly. I can feel that I am improving each time I practice. I can feel my core muscles working as I sit on it. I can also feel that my balance in general is improving, too. Balance is an important part of life.

I spent an hour and a half listening to a zoom meeting with Mavis Karn (she is amazing, look her up on youtube) recently.

My take away from this week’s gathering, was that I could listen deeply to others and learn from them. I did not have to share a personal experience this week. I was ok being ‘invisible’ and quiet. Not that she asked me to be, not at all. In fact she encourages stories and collaborative teaching. I just followed the feel and was completely OK with just being an observer. Simply soaking in the wisdom from others, was what I felt drawn to do, during this particular large group experience.

During a breakout room session with just 3 of us, however, I was forced to experience that feeling again, partly because my camera would not connect. (I figured it out later, I needed to download an app). I had sound, but no camera. The people in my group were talking to each other. I truly was and felt invisible, but this time it was uncomfortable. I felt abandoned and ignored. I realized, that this feeling was a result of my thinking. If they did or did not intentionally exclude me, it did not matter. What mattered was how I felt and how I could regain my balance. I used this 12 minutes of time, as an opportunity to practice my emotional balance. While they were talking to each other, I focused on the feelings I was experiencing in my body.

I listened deeply to myself. I started to relive several painful moments in my life. Moments when I was controlled, not heard and forced to be invisible. I let these thoughts flow. I felt some pain or discomfort in my chest, my shoulders and my arms. Another memory, a thought, about being ignored during my life, appeared. I felt it in my heart and my throat. I focused on each of the physical feelings as they were rushing through my body.

Yes, the physical feelings were becoming painful, but I am grateful that I felt them when I did. I caught them before I relived them entirely. Noticing the physical sensations, allowed my emotional state to become balanced. I became calm and centered again.

Our time in the breakout room was coming to a close. One of the ladies asked me a question about my experience. Fortunately, I was able to say something wise, from a calm and centered place. I was able to speak from my heart. There was not enough time left to share my personal story, but I was able to share something positive and comforting.

From this experience, I realized, it was also OK to be invisible when it was not my choice to be. When another took control and didn’t see me, it hurt. However, I didn’t need to share my story. It didn’t matter if they saw me. What mattered was my ability to recover my emotional balance because I was uncomfortable when I felt ignored and invisible.

I am so very grateful that I was able to find my balance once again. I wasn’t bucked off. I didn’t land in the muck and mire of a low emotional state. The physical sensations notified me when I was starting to tilt sideways. I was about to lose my balance. I was in danger of being bucked off. I remembered to acknowledge my physical sensations, which allowed me to move from a painful thought, to a more comfortable thought.

When I ride the Balance Rider, I am becoming very aware of my core muscles as they contract, stretch and relax. My muscles respond to the Balance Rider as it rocks side to side and to and fro. This keeps my center of gravity stable on the ever moving seat. I am physically stronger because of this practice.

Maintaining emotional balance also takes practice and awareness. Noticing and feeling my muscles contract, stretch and eventually relax as a result of my thoughts, is what keeps me emotionally centered, while life moves from side to side, and to and fro. Knowing, feeling and practicing staying emotionally balanced, is a life changing practice!

My heartfelt gratitude for today is for physical and emotional balance. When life happens, I know that I have practiced. I have taken the time to strengthen my core muscles. Thus, increasing the odds that I will, in fact, remain centered. Confident in myself and my core, to carry me through the difficult moments.

Are you physically balanced?

Can you remain emotionally balanced when life moves from side to side and to and fro?

Are you aware of the physical sensations your body sends you to help you find your balance?

Firelight Blessings: Spiritual Guides

The Magic Glass gifted me with an image of a bird, possibly an owl and a Koala Bear. Each of them appears to be sitting on a branch. Owl images and visits, have been showing up in my life for years. Bears, of course, too! I don't remember ever seeing a Koala in person.

I am fascinated by Koala Bears. I enjoy watching various programs and or reading articles about them. I know that they eat primarily eucalyptus leaves, are from Australia and are marsupials, which means that they have a pouch to raise their young in. They sleep a lot, move slowly and prefer warm weather. Rest, commune with nature and going with the flow, are some of the spiritual gifts of the Koala.

An owl sleeps during the day and like me, is up at night. They are hunters and as it turns out, in Australia, big owls hunt Koalas. Humm. Good thing the owl in this image is a smaller one! Wisdom and insight are spiritual gifts of the owl.

I am blessed, that I live on a small acreage with a beautiful Pine Tree forest. The trees surround a lovely meadow. This is a great habitat for owls as well as other animals. I am grateful that I can commune with nature on a regular basis. Today, I will enjoy the grounding energy of earth, as we split wood, in preparation for the upcoming snowstorm. The snowstorm  is expected to arrive tonight. Believe it or not, I am incredibly grateful that snow is arriving, instead of ice, as can happen here this time of year. Once the snowstorm arrives, I will heed the message of the Koala. I will rest and go with the flow. Once prepared we will live primarily inside for a few days (when we are not attending to the horses or plowing).

We are almost ready for the next weather pattern to arrive. We have just a few more things to do to be 100% ready for the drastic change. We need to split and stack the wood we cut yesterday. We need to put the plows on the tractor and side by side and drag the tractor tracks we put in the arena when we moved hay into the barn. Dragging the tracks will help to prevent slippery spots from developing. We are heeding the messages of the owl, by being wise and listening to our intuition, so that we are well prepared.

Honestly, I prefer the same outdoor temperatures Koalas need to survive in, but since I live where it can get very cold, I will take the Koala's lead. I will go with the flow during the next 2 weeks, as the Polar Vortex moves into our area, after the snow moves out. I will be grateful for the blessings winter brings.

I am blessed to be able to see, feel, hear and heed beautiful messages from my spiritual guides, my Angelic Team and/or Universal love and wisdom.

An owl is a common spiritual guide for me. What animal is a common spiritual guide for you?

Have you received a recent blessing from one of your spiritual guides?

What was that message?

Firelight Blessings: Lovelight Ripples

Sending out ripples of love and light, listening for guidance, wisdom and truth has been my compass for a long time. Some people, students and friends have mentioned that they too can feel ripples of positive or negative energy radiating from the people around them. Others have no understanding of this at all.

While teaching, I had to keep my personal beliefs private. It was necessary, because as a teacher, my spiritual beliefs were not allowed to be discussed in the classroom. Everything I said needed to remain neutral. I don't know how I managed to stay neutral, now that the "handcuffs" are off. I am finally free to express my strong beliefs about communing with my Angels, Angelic Team, my Spirit Guides and the Universe freely.

For a very long time I have listened for guidance, wisdom and truth, however, now I can actually talk about my life long connection with my spiritual team. I can talk about messages that come to me, like I did, when my friend and Bear crossed over the rainbow bridge. I can talk freely about the dreams and visions I have had and will continue to have. I can talk about the sweet messages, as well as the strong warning messages I get. I can talk about connecting with humans and animals no matter which side of the veil they reside on. I can talk about following the breadcrumbs and the magical fairy dust my angels leave for me! I can talk about what my life looks like, feels like and sounds like, as the path I am on lights up with colorful magical glitter.

Ripples of Lovelight, are very important to feel and purposely send out when we share ourselves with others. It is important to be aware of and open to, the emotions we feel, as we tune into the vibrations within and also around us.

My mom used to say that she could tell who I had been around, because I picked up on their mannerisms and behaviors very easily. I wonder, does everyone do this to a certain extent? I think so, but I could be wrong.

My mom was very picky about who she hired to babysit, as she did not always like my attitude or actions the next day. When she was gone for a week or more, as happened several times a year, I really picked up on the Ripples of Love or negative ripples of judgment, crabbiness or any other negative behavior, that my mom did not approve of. She truly believed that my behavior was very dependent on who was caring for us at the time. She said that I was a chameleon. It was not a positive skill while I was growing up. At least I did not see it as a good quality to have. Instead of learning how to use it in a positive way, I buried it under a pile of denial which is very unfortunate.

As I am pondering my childhood experience of being a 'chameleon', I realize that this ability is actually a gift in many ways. It is also a skill that I am ready to be more aware of and actually learn how to use, in a healthy way.

The more I ponder, the more I realize, that being a 'chameleon' is a common 'gift.' It occurs to me that I am not the only one to have this ability. Not everyone may be aware of it though. In fact, many of us may have this skill. It actually may be an innate skill, we are born with. We may all reflect out into the world what we feel, hear, and see. I realize more than ever, just how important it is to be aware of the energy of the people we spend time with, especially if we have the gift of the 'chameleon.' If we are around negative energy, we may become more negative. We may not even realize why we are feeling or that we are feeling, more negative.

I am starting to realize that becoming aware of how to use this gift, in a healthy way, is how we are able to share our authentic Lovelight.

I personally discovered that trying to prevent picking up low mood energy, was extremely hard as a child. It is a little easier as an adult, but there have been many times in my life where it was also difficult to maintain a positive outlook on life, especially when I forgot that I had the 'gift' of the 'chameleon,' which happened often. It was hard to see it happening in the moment. I didn't have a deep understanding of being one, because I saw it as something that was negative.

So is this gift, talent or skill a blessing or a course?

How do we maintain and radiate positive lovelight into the world, no matter who we find ourselves with?

How do we protect ourselves from picking up low mood and negative habits, we don't want to pick up and then accidentally pass on to others?

Could this be why I needed to retire when I did?

I realize that I still have a lot to ponder. I honestly wasn't my best self, off and on throughout my life. I had some traumatic experiences that caused me to lose my confidence, independence and happiness. I was filled with regret, sadness, frustration, disappointment and worry.  In fact worrying is still something that I can easily do without even being aware that I am doing it. I honestly struggle with letting worry go unless I become aware that I am indeed worrying. Once I become aware, I can let it go, for a short time, only to have it appear again at some point. I can struggle with other low mood emotions from time to time, but not as often as I do worry. This is a low mood vibration that I learned from someone. I have sent into the world around me ripples of 'worry' energy! For that, I am truly sorry.

I have found that practicing mindfulness, gratitude, repeating positive affirmations, and surrounding myself with laughter and love has been life changing. Deeper awareness has become my friend. Lifting my vibration higher, away from the lower moods has not always been easy, but it has been necessary along the way. During my lifetime I have had to make some difficult decisions. I have painstakingly made the choice to let people, living environments, and jobs go from my life, from time to time. I have also allowed some people and jobs back into my life, from time to time, too. However, if the feeling of negativity, judgement, anger or control still emanated from them or the situation, I chose to let them go again.

I learned the hard way that I couldn't sacrifice my emotional well being, by surrounding myself and taking on any amount of dark energy from the people I was with. I have been too sensitive to others vibrations. I was taught from a young age that the energy of others is contagious, like a virus.

Do you want to contract a positive or a negative virus?

What do you want to send out into the world?

Ripples of love or ripples of low dark moods?

Is taking on the energy of others common for everyone?

Are you aware of this skill, habit or tendency in your life or the life of someone you know?

Have you had to let a job or someone you loved go, because it was what was best for your well being?

As my awareness deepens about being a chameleon, which I now believe is a gift, I will notice and appreciate the 'Lovelight' ripples I give and receive.  As my awareness deepens, I will let go of the 'Dragon Fire' ripples I receive, so I do not continue to give them to others.

Firelight Blessings: Turtle's Message

What a delight to see this adorable turtle head in the bottom of the Magic Glass today. We all know that the turtle message is "slow and steady, wins the race." How interesting that this cute little turtle showed up, today.

I had mentioned yesterday that I have several projects I would like to complete during this winter. I have been procrastinating doing them since I retired. Other projects took precedence, so we did them first, because they needed to be completed before the weather changed. Spreading gravel, gathering wood, building a wind wall for one of the stalls, extending the track system and extending the outdoor arena, among other things! We also played, because that is important, too! Balance in life is so important.

Before the turtle appeared, I spent about 30 minutes sorting, which included tossing, creating a donation  pile and keeping what is useful or  warms my soul. It is as though my spirit guides were watching me and cheering me on. I actually was enjoying myself, too! I put a podcast on and got busy. Will I do it again tomorrow? I hope so, but if I don't, I am not going to feel defeated, because balance in life is also a message from the turtle. One that I need to embrace!

Balance between earth and water. Balance between moving slow and steady or swimming fast through life. Seek out the balance between thinking and creativity. Work and play. Being serious and laughing. Live in the moment, not in the past or the future. Find your balance in life.

I worked in the teaching world for many years. I grew up in the business world. What a difference these two worlds are from each other. I was a good, not a great teacher. I always thought I would have been better in the business world. The stress, the politics in teaching and the lack of pay was frustrating to navigate. It has not gotten better, in fact, I believe it has gotten much worse over the last 25 years.

I realize now that I did not live a 'slow and steady' life, like a turtle encourages us to live. I did not have a healthy balanced lifestyle. I was burnt-out when I retired. I burned out, because I pushed it way too hard between breaks. I didn't have a choice, the work had to get done. Many times (thankfully, not always) without any appreciation from students, parents, admin or coworkers. It was a lonely, sad existence. I found myself counting the long days ( I left home before daylight and returned home long after dark most of the time) until the next break, so I could attempt to recover mentally, from the daily stressors I was under. When a break came, I tried to let go of the stress, the trauma and the painful moments. Many times I worked right through a break. I tried to live in the moment, but I wasn't always successful.  I can see now, that I couldn't find a healthy balance between my work life and my personal life. I lived on stress, caffeine and little sleep. I was always trying to catch up, there was always more to do. (Lesson plans, grading, parent contacts, writing IEP paperwork, researching, etc.)

Interestingly, today's message is a beautiful blessing. I believe the Magic Glass turtle is sending me an important and very personal message. This message is to give myself permission to 'let go' of the rat race I was living in.It is ok and incredibly important, to live a healthy balanced life. Remember: "slow and steady, wins the race!"

Does the turtles message resonate with you?

Are you living a balanced life?

How can you find a healthy balance between your work life and your personal life?

Firelight Blessings: Separate Realities

A flock of geese are flying in a cloudy but blue ski.

Today, I find myself tired! We visited friends yesterday and ate foods we don’t usually eat! Pickled Herring! I had never tried herring before, so this was a new experience! They were good I was surprised! We also had homemade chili, which was amazing. It was followed by a very small slice of pumpkin cake! Dan, my husband, also made and brought smoked Deviled Eggs! I love his deviled eggs! We ate those first! It was a good meal with friends.

The conversation was good, too! We discussed horses, golf carts, and RVs, among other topics!

However, some of the conversations reminded me of past traumas, of which I had put behind me! So, I thought! I searched my memories, while there and again when I returned home, because I was struggling with some of the details!

Discrepancies in my reality and another’s reality, simply didn’t make sense to my heart!

Separate realities are very real. What was painful for me to relive, was a delight for one of the guests!

How interesting! I am still pondering how to speak or live my truth, but protect another’s separate reality, too! If I am going to be around this person once in a while, I need to learn to either change the topic, walk away or not listen deeply to the conversation, even though the conversation directly involves my connection to my life as I knew it as well as a response of some sort.

Some memories, like the ones I remember while listening to the Canadian Geese, are positive and bring me joy! Other memories that have to do with the horse world I grew up in and past interactions with family members, honestly, cause me distress!

My head hurts, I am tired and my tummy has been churning! I wasn’t able to sleep very well last night! My heart has also been racing, from time to time!

Interestingly, I know all of these things, these symptoms, are a direct result of my thinking, in that moment and again now in this moment! I know that the best thing to do, is to let these thoughts go! Letting go is sometimes easier said than done, however!

However, letting the magical memories in, can and will, lift my spirits once again! I know that soon, the negative sad thoughts will disolve away. I will return to my calm, emotionally healthy self. My wisdom will return and I will magically know what to do and or say, when I am around this person again! I don’t have to know right now!

The story, the discrepancies and the pain aren’t happening today, in this moment, so why did they cause a reaction?
Why would it matter that people have separate realities?
How do you live your truth and also allow others to live their truth?

A few minutes ago, the Magic Glass image that appeared, while taking some pain medicine, is warm and loving! This image immediately helped me to bring my focus back to this moment in time! It has fortunately reminded me to live in and think about this moment, not in the past or even in the future!

I see a loving angelic human shape on the top left of this image! On the right, I see three whimsical horse images! My herd brings me incredible happiness. While with them in my mind or when with them in person, I am usually able to return to my heartspace very quickly! In this beautiful, loving energy, I can let go of what was and be my best for what is, today, in this moment in time!

What helps you, return to your heartspace?

Magical Gifts and Goodies: 2023 Adventures.

The last full moon of the year was spectacular! A perfect ending to a year of 'Magical Adventures,' for which I am incredibly grateful for!

I found myself in a very poor emotional state as the year started! My plan for retirement, from a special education teaching career, was moved up by 2 full years and 2 months! I have no regrets! I miss everyone, but I wasn't able to give to everyone anymore! They were giving to me, as my tank was empty!

Creating Magical Adventures with a Unicorn was how I started the 2023 year! I decorated my teaching cart with a unicorn and galloped through my final quarter of teaching! My students named her Aurora!

Staff, students and visitors smiled when we rolled by! Aurora called out and cantered happily when one of us pressed her magic button! Giggles were heard far and wide when she sang and danced!

I was gifted many magical hearts and unicorns this past year. All of them are special! All of them have helped to  move me from a very low place emotionally, to the place I am today, as we close out 2023.

My words for the 2023 year were, 'Magical Adventures,' and it was a year full of them!

I started writing about horse, side by side and boating adventures! Gratitudes, Rock Reflection Ritual, Angelic Communion Practice and Magical Gifts and Goodies were inspired and written about, almost every day, after I retired!

Fortunately, healing from grief, trauma and burnout occurred organically as the days, weeks and months passed.

Unfortunately, more waves of sadness occurred when my dear friend and two of our fur babies died during the summer.

My angelic team, dear friends and loving family members, once again gathered around and supported my aching heart, as I navigated through each of these deep heartfelt loses! I practiced mindfulness often, with my feet resting on a beautiful rock! I searched my soul and once again was able to climb out of another low emotional state!

I am grateful that I am healthier, as I say goodbye to 2023! It was a year full of 'Magical Adventures,' sad goodbyes, healing, reflection and new beginnings!

May 2024 be 'Magical' in every way!

How has your life changed during the past year?

Have you had 'Magical Adventures' of your own?

What are you most grateful for?

Angelic Communion Practice: Magic Glass Discovery

This beautiful Magical Glass has been with me since 1984. It was a gift! One of a set of 4. I don't remember who gifted it to me, though I remember picking it out to add to the registry! I was instantly mesmerized by its curves and mystical design!

I had no idea how magical it was, nor the images it would evntually reveal! I just knew it was perfect and called to me! I was so very grateful when I carefully removed the silver wrapping paper with a white bow and wedding bells, to find them all nested in a protective box!

I have moved this particular Magic Glass several times since 1984. I have used it for water, orange juice and red wine! It brings me joy, it always has! I cried when each of the 3 other glasses, chipped, broke or shattered into a million pieces!

I wonder if I would have discovered the magic it holds, if the set would have remained in tact? I highly doubt it!

How did I discover the Magic hidden within this crystal clear glass? My Angelic Team and Spirit Guides brilliantly sprinkled magical breadcrumbs for me to notice! I have been gifted birds, feathers and numbers for years! So, I am used to recieving messages from the other side of the veil.

Angelic communication is creative and magical but, it's a 2 way street! It's a language both sides learn and is unique, yet similar for all!

How was I lead to discover the Magic Glass images?

In June, just before my dad's heavenly birthday, we were driving through the woods! I took several pictures and shared them on Facebook. A friend noticed a face in the trunk of the tree on the right! Can you see it?

A Guardian Angel, a Spirit Guide, or a Magical Tree Nymph, Gnome or Pixie! We named this trail Wishbone Trail, because it splits just past this magical tree!

The day after my dear friend crossed  this rock heart magically appeared! It was a powerful message and significant sign from her and my team, that she was ok!

Hearts are so incredibly symbolic, it was not the first time I have received them from my Angelic Team, nor was it the last heart image I was gifted!

Two days later, I peeled the sticker off of this apple! Fyi, my dear friend was also a retired teacher! She was strong and having fun! I was grieving and incredibly grateful for her kindness!

I believe she found and joined my team of angels. She knew my vibrational signature and frequency, so could locate me quickly! My team helped her learn the ABC's and she added her personal touch! Team work at its finest!

Unfortunately, both of my senior dogs started to show more signs of failing health. I had a difficult decision to make! Stay home from the Celebration of Life, or go! I felt guided to stay home! This image appeared in the sky right around the time I was making the decision!  Staying home, was the right decision.  I have no regrets!

My seniors joined my Angel Team, full of Universal wisdom, within the month! Tough days were ahead. My angels were close by!

I played with my horses in honor of my friend on her day of celebration!

The horse and the two playful dog images appeared in the sky above our barn! I was reflecting upon my friend and her many friends, as I read their amazing tributes to her on her page when the images appeared! I had tears streaming from my eyes, as I took this picture!

All of these amazing images my team sent me surprised me, but my heart was open and incredibly grateful! I was ready to receive. I was ready to continue this magical conversation! I was ready to go deeper!

I thanked my team with every new image, I also challenged my team as I watched for more unigue messages to arrive! Messages that continued to heal my heart and guide me on this Magical Adventure of life!

One of the many treasured images, that appeared in the sky, during my senior dogs hospice days, was this beautiful Teddy Bear with a heart on his chest!

I honestly don't remember seeing so many meaningful cloud images, since I was a child! I am so very grateful that I was reminded to look up again, that I noticed, and that I was and continue to be receptive to communication with the otherside of the veil!

The day Bella joined the Angels the clouds howled! The song was heard, the message was heartfelt! We lit a candle and shared her many stories! She was special, sweet and kind!

Messages aren't always images, though this story is primarily about them! It is important to note that the day Bear, my heart dog, let me know he was ready to cross, we were devastated! We weren't ready to let him go!

My heart was so incredibly heavy when this adorable horse appeared just after we said goodbye to him!

I was looking for signs that he was ok! The horse peaked out from under a car as we walked through a parking lot! I picked it up, thanked my team, and set it up on the median to hopefully be seen! I  have to admit I wanted to keep this treasured find!

As we drove away, I saw that the little one had been lovely retrieved and put back into the car with a little girl! My heart was full!

This lovely mushroom, in the shape of a heart, also appeared right after his crossing! We noticed it while we took a drive through our trails! Yes, Bear had earned his angel wings and was ok!

Have you ever seen a heart shaped giant wild mushroom? I hadn't!

I had never seen a heart in the bottom of a horses feed bucket, either! I had just finished an amazing play time with Onyx, my gaited palomino! I felt my friend was with me as we played at liberty! She loved to play at liberty with her beautiful horses! Teaching them to be good citizens was her specialty!

We had talked a lot about Onyx on the phone and through texts about what he needed from me, to become a very good citizen. It was a magical play session! I could hear her words and feel her energy as we played. It was truly a Magical Adventure I will also treasure!

I had been thinking that Onyx may very well be my unicorn while we were playing, because it was as if we were sharing one mind, one soul and one body!

When I spotted this perfect heart in his feed bowl, I felt the truth in my heart! He is my unicorn! He just needed time, as did I, to become one with me!

Hearts have been an incredible way for my Angel Team to get my attention along with other meaningful images! So early this fall, while taking my evening vitamins, I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this perfect heart in the bottom of what I now call, the Magic Glass!

I have been inspired to write many stories from the many images I have been magically drawn to see! Some stories are memories, some are current experiences, some are happy, and some are sad! I trust there will be many more stories bubbling up to be shared from future images, as I trust that they will continue to appear and inspire my heart to write!

All of these stories have felt guided by my angelic team, my Spirit Guides or the collective divine universal energy I gratefully connect with! I continue to be amazed and in awe, because I am never alone when I write!

Yesterday, we experienced the magic of winter! Snow! Beautiful white snow! Clean and fresh!

As I walked to the barn I noticed the first horse show angel of the season! Can you see the tail feathers left in the snow? It's stunning, beautiful and mesmerizing!

It's a perfect image made by my unicorn! A message to always look for the Magic, as it is everywhere!

Look high, and look low! Magical images are on trees, in the sky, in the bottom of a bucket, in the shape of a rock, in the snow or within an image in the bottom of a Magic Glass!

My heart skipped a beat when I saw the mystical horse head and heart image this morning!  The Magic Glass created yet another masterpiece! It's beautiful and perfect for this moment in time!

May your Angelic Communion Practice be more magical than mine!

Angelic Communion Practice: Slowdown

My Magic Glass image this morning, intrigued me this morning, but it wasn't until I sat down this evening to reflect upon the day, that I noticed the human figure with the hand on the right! A strong helping hand!

My angels? My guides? My friends? My hubby?

Or is the hand on the right, a mirror image of my left hand and thumb which appears to be on fire? It felt like it was on fire when it happened! As it is healing beautifully now, it isn't as painful as it once was! It hurts, but everyday the level of pain subsides!

So if the large hand is me, the human figure with the outstretched hand must represent my angels, guides, friends and husband? All have offered support and assistance!

Today, Dan rode his horse Harvey! It has been a while since they have played with the saddle and ridden! They both looked so incredibly happy!

Harvey graciously let me ride him today, too! It felt good to be in the saddle, as it's been a minute for me, as well!

Onyx was ridden by my friend, Kate! I asked her to come play with him, so Dan could ride today! She graciously accepted and on this beautiful day, with perfect weather conditions they rode! Onyx really likes her! She reminds me that he loves me!

At one point I walked with them, Onyx blew out and relaxed! It was just what he needed to build his confidence a little bit! My dad use to walk with me when I rode a green horse until they relaxed, too! I treasure those memories, just as I will treasure this moment with Kate and Onyx!

My heart was full, my energy was a bit ramped up though! She and Onyx were beautiful together! I was beeming!

Debbra Lupien, Voice of Akashic Records and my friend, had given me the message today during her November Live on YouTube, to slowdown and be present in the moment! However,  I was seriously revealed up, instead! I kept hearing slowdown, slowdown!

I was excited to see my friend ride Onyx, I was excited to watch Dan ride and the weather was perfect for a few laps around the arena! A perfect recipe for an adrenaline rush!

Slowdown, breath, and trust! I actually tried to sit down, to slowdown! I will need to practice the slowdown! It wasn't working to sit down to slowdown! Lol!

I am grateful for having my angels, my husband, friend and our horses, happy and content, today! I adore and appreciate them all!

Have you ever needed a helping hand?

How did you feel when you received the extra help?

Recieving help can be hard for me, is it hard for you?

Slowing down is also hard for me,  is it hard for you?

Angelic Communion Practice: Moon Light

The crescent moon was so beautiful as we walked out to the barn to do chores, last night! It pulled me into the moment several times as I was out and about doing chores! I kept taking pictures of it, knowing full well that this gorgeous sky was for me to take in!

My angel team wanted me to breath, to relax and return to a peaceful calm place! The traumatic, scary, and painful moments are over! Yes, healing is still occurring, but healing needs peace! Breath in the beautiful, calm energy of the Crescent moon as you both gain back your strength and vitality!

Thank you angels for sending me this beautiful moon light energy to bring me back to living magically in the moment!

Have you been through a traumatic event?

Did your heart, mind and body react and respond to the event appropriately while you were on the adrenaline?

Where you able to release the adrenaline and heal from the trauma event through peaceful, calming or moonlight moments?
