Rambling with Ms. Debbie - In The Flow: Stag; Trust and Thrive

Photos by author

I did my first public spiritual video yesterday. I unboxed a new oracle deck. Angels and Ancestors. By Kyle Gray.  I loved it so much I showed more of the cards than I had intended to. I also drew a card for the collective.  ‘What is the message for those that see this card?’ It was the Stag. I can see that there is a lot that I have to learn to be able to use this deck. It has several sections and no numbers to use to look up. It is in alphabetical order within each of the different sections.

The Stag is considered a Warrior Symbol. The guide book states that these symbols represent signs that our ancestors would see in nature. They send us powerful messages from our guides.

I love this card because it’s message is Trust and Thrive. My word for 2025 is Trust. Thrive is the theme for the 30 day dancing challenge that I have been participating in. So for me this card represents my current experience and was a great message for me. The Message is, “Come alive and thrive, Stand in your light and glory with grace and majesty.” I feel that this card was confirmation that I am on the right path. I respect the deer and other wonderful animals we have on our property. This summer I saw the Badger, my hubby saw the mink in the barn. We had a bat recently. Of course the owls and the eagles are seen or heard frequently. We use wood from the forest to heat our home. We treat our farm which we call Whispering Hearts, with respect and love.

When the video was over. I asked my Angelic Team for another message. I asked for a message for myself. It was a beautiful message that I decided to share today in my writing.

The first card, Broken Arrow, is also a Warrior Symbol. Embrace the energy of peace. I did not know this, but apparently when tribes or a warrior found a Broken Arrow, it meant that the fight was over. It was time to celebrate peace. I can see the peace pipe being passed around in my mind's eye. Kyle Grey goes on to say, “Know that your angelic guides and ancestors are standing around you, protecting you and taking you forward.”

Many years ago, I participated in a lovely Circle in which we called in our ancestors to resolve traumatic events. I wish I knew what that circle was actually called. It was an incredible experience that I cherish to this day. I remember that one of the participants represented my great grandmother who had crossed over, while another represented one of my great aunts. It was a very healing and energizing experience.

The second card I drew was the Direction Guardian. Choose your path. This card is one of the Guardians and Messengers cards. The main message is, “Connect with your deepest desires, then choose the path that will make your heart and soul sing.”  This card is a message I have told students for years. Follow your heart. Listen to your soul. Let your voice be heard. Be you. Be the best you that you can be. Listen to the joy that sings in your heart. I didn’t say soul very often because I was a teacher and I believe that had I used spiritual words, that I would have been crossing a line that I did not want to cross.

This card has a great message. Since I am not 100% sure if I could be writing or putting energy into creating video content I was not surprised when I read the following. “These amazing angels are the ones that come to you when you are at a crossroads and don’t know which way to go.” It goes on to talk about the meaning of the pictures on the card. “The Hebrew prophet, Ezekiel, was said to have seen an angel with 4 faces on it.” All of the faces are represented on the card. Cherub, Lion, Eagle and Bull. Messages can appear from many different ‘guises’ to guide us for our highest and best good. I would add that it is important to ask for guidance. It is also important to ask for protection from the light or the Akashic records before you ask for guidance from your Angelic Tribe.

The third card that popped out of the deck yesterday was the Oracle. Wait for important information. I saw this lovely woman and immediately thought about the Magic Glass that has been sending me images for over a year now. I mentioned it in the video I did yesterday. I loved getting the images until someone mentioned that they were Oracles. I kind of freaked out to tell you the truth. I had to look up what the word Oracle meant. After I looked it up, I had to process this for a long time. In fact it was a couple of months or more before I even used the Magic Glass again. It was after my Angelic Tribe started sending me images in my Coffee Froth, that I realized that this was something I was meant to do. I am meant to receive ‘Oracle Images’ and use them in my spiritual work for myself and for others as they come across my work. Once I started to lean into the gifts, my confidence grew. My friend Debbra Lupien mentioned that these are my tools for communicating with my Angelic Tribe. That made perfect sense to me. I let the fear go and have not looked back. The language and connection has become stronger and deeper.

The guidebook for this card tells me to follow my heart. ‘Choose what will light you up’ if you are not sure which way to go on your journey. I love that. I loved being on camera yesterday, I also love writing. So for the time being, I will continue to write and play with the videos. I will only do what brings me joy.

Today, after I danced, we split wood. The weather is amazing. Tilly came out with us along with Tipper and Squirt. She carried sticks around, climbed on stumps and ran around with the other two dogs. She fit right in. I am surprised at how well the other two dogs are doing with her. Oh, they have to tell her no now and again, but generally speaking our home is very peaceful. I wasn’t sure how Squirt was going to do with a puppy because he is very picky about who he lets into his huge bubble, but he has been showing lots of signs that he accepts Tilly as one of the pack. Thank goodness, because we could not have Squirt here when Bear was alive, because of the way Squirt snapped at Bear all of the time. I think having a puppy he can train has been a very good experience. I took a few pictures of them hanging out together while we were splitting the wood. Enjoy.

April Gratitude Practice: Dad

Last night I had a crying dream. I was talking to my mom. I was sobbing and crying.

I was sleeping, but tears were streaming and my nose was full. My eyes are still a bit watery, hours later.

Fortunately, my dad pushed his way into the dream. He took my hands, faced me eye to eye and said, "I always believed in you, always have and always will!"

Wow, was that ever powerful!

I quit crying, and fell back into a deep sleep. I slept until morning without any more night terrors.
I am incredibly grateful for my dad's powerful angelic energy, I am grateful that he came through in my dream and I am grateful that I remembered this very important message.

"I always believed in you, I always have and always will!"

April Gratitude Practice: National Unicorn Day and My Birthday!

Today is national Unicorn Day and my 66th birthday. I am grateful that my birthday is on this day. It is magical and reminds me to believe in myself as well as the universe.

I am grateful that I am doing exercises each day that helped me to move through the sadness I am feeling today, because this day was my late friend's birthday, too! It is her first heavenly birthday.

I am grateful to a new friend, who lost her best friend a year ago. We met at the memorial I went to for her. She was bonded to her friend, much like my friend and I were. She sent me a PM today, wishing me a happy birthday. I had privately reached out to her, when it was her birthday, as I could tell, it was a tough day for her, without her dearest friend, to wish her a happy birthday. I understood the wave she was riding, but I understand it better, today. I believe our friends are cheering us both with a lovely glass of red wine!
I am ever so grateful that our friends are still near and have joined our individual Angelic Teams. It is certainly not the same, but it is a comfort to know that they are close by.

April Gratitude Practice: Eclipse Energy

I am grateful that Dan and I were home yesterday when the herd was playing. During their play a fence line was broken between two of them. We saw it, I was able to get a few pictures of them before and during it, as I was taking a picture of the Silver Maple tree at the time.

I am grateful that yesterday I had a clearer vision of what I can do with the horses and others.  It might be the perfect draw to pull me out of retirement, along with my writing. Teaching adults and students mindfulness and encouraging self discovery, with one of the horses, during a zoom meeting, was what I did with my students, during online teaching. I absolutely loved it.

I am grateful to a Social Media friend. She told me that I am always so positive. That sure made my day. I have struggled with being positive for part of the last 18 months, but because I have been focusing on gratitude and my spiritual growth, I have been feeling a lot more positive. It was nice to have someone notice it, too!

I am grateful for the energy of the Eclipse as it passes by our area, while I am writing this post.  I am sending our planet Love, Peace and Harmony.

Today, during the height of the Eclipse, I focused on gratitude. What did you spend the Eclipse energy on?

April Gratitude Practice: Stuck Thoughts!

Onyx, a palomino horse, is eating his hay while looking at the photographer.
Photo of Onyx, by author

This morning, my husband is doing what brings him joy, though I think he may be exhausted early again tonight. He is painting a step to an RV. He loves painting and repairing damaged RVs. I am grateful that he finds joy in his work and can pick and choose what and when he wants to, "Go to work!" Retirement is amazing for us both.

I hear the song, "Heigh-Ho, Heigh-Ho," in my head. Since the lyrics say, "It's home from work we go," not off to work we go, I giggle every time I hear it now. I am home from work and loving life. Dan was off to work, while I was off to the barn. I am so very grateful that I am now retired and heading to the barn without feeling the need to rush to get chores done to do something else. My life is magical.

This morning I did chores alone. I am so slow when I do chores by myself, which is fine. I fed them their mash. I asked them all to back up, wait for me to hang the bucket and touch my hand before they were invited in to eat. I love this connection with my herd. I am grateful for these connected moments.

Once I finished putting out the mash, I swept the mats so I could put their hay into their feeders. Today, I put their hay into their hay nets hanging on the wall. Sometimes, I put the hay on the mat or in a hay bag which we snap onto a loop we have attached low to the ground, so they eat with their heads down.

I have created a habit of giving them a treat after they finish their mash. While sweeping Images stall mat, she finished her mash. She wanted her treat. It occurred to me that this might be a nice time to play. She went to training for 6 months total, but she has not been as safe to ride as I would like. She has also suffered several injuries. She is healthy now. Which I am grateful for, so she is being asked to do things I have been successfully doing with Onyx. She is ready and even though she isn't always understanding what I am asking, I am doing what I can, to help her understand.

Today, I asked her to yield her hindquarters. She was not understanding me at all. Hmm, how interesting. This might be why we are struggling with our liberty circles. She tends to get tight and hold on to her thoughts. "I am supposed to do this now, not that." "You must mean that I am to back up." This morning, she kept asking for a treat to be dropped into her feed bowl. She was stuck on that thought.

My first thought, when I realized what she was stuck on, was to put the feed bucket away, but then it occurred to me, that I could use her bucket as a magnet to help her understand my suggestion. I used her focus, to help me with her understanding. This idea was mentioned during a Farrah live a few weeks ago. I have used buckets and food many times over the years, but it was this particular Zoom Live that pooped into my mind. It was perfect for this moment.

I unhooked it, put the bucket into my treat hand with a treat in it. I put my other hand on his belly, exactly where my heel would be to ask her to move that hind leg under her mid-line. She kept her head straight, she could not bend. She was still stuck. How interesting. I shook the bucket to get her focus on the bucket. When she bent around me, she relaxed enough to notice that there was a treat in the bucket.

I often thought she was a left brained horse, but I think she may have a little right brained in her. Left brained is a thinking horse. When they are right brained, they freeze and are fearful. Maybe she is right brained when learning new things? I am still pondering this. When we freeze up or when a horse freezes up, we have to slow things down. So, I did. I slowed way, down.

I asked for her head to turn toward the bucket before I asked gently for her hind leg to move. I felt that this way, she was bent toward me, which caused her hindquarters to move more easily in our small space. We both seemed to connect with a moment of, I understand. Her fear and worry and my thinking wheels in my head, both relaxed. I repeated this several times on both sides of her body.

I am so grateful that we both solved the puzzle. We were not stuck anymore. We were free to connect and understand each other. I felt that this was great progress. So, I stopped right there.

After our impromptu play session, I put the other half of their hay serving out onto their track or lane. This encourages them to move back and forth, which is as good for them as it is for us. I was grateful that it was not windy today. Yesterday, we had to feed in the barn. We had 41 mph wind gusts out of the north, which is not typical for our area. We get high winds from time to time, but usually they are out of the west.

Once I finished putting out the hay, I was a little bit warm. I still had to fill the water and clean up their stalls and dry lot areas. I chose the easier activity. Filling up the water tanks. I scoop out anything that does not belong in the water, like hay or bird droppings. Yuck! The horses had all moved out of the barn to eat the hay that I put outside in the sun.

I started to clean the stalls and the gravel areas just outside the barn doors. I don't like the gravel to have manure on it. I want the gravel to be clean so they can self trim their hooves. While I was cleaning Onyx's area. He left this hay to check out what I could do for him. He can be dominant, so there are moments when he asks that I need to remind him that I am a human, not a horse. Today was almost one of those days. When he first come to us, he literally jumped on my back while I was cleaning the area right outside his doorway. He use to bite and treat me like a horse. Good grief. He has been so much more respectful of me as a human now, but I am well aware that he could get too excited and forget.

His skin is all itchy because it is spring and he is shedding. He was a hoot, cause he was itchy everywhere. "Mom, scratch me here on my bum!" As he spun ever so slowly I could hear him ask me, "Oh, now can you scratch me on my belly?" He was pushing into me, which he was spinning ever so slowly.

I was just outside of his stall and standing right next to the wall of the barn. It was a bit tight and claustrophobic. Being this close to a pushing, 1000 pound horse, can be a problem. I hate being squashed. So, I let him know, that I was not feeling safe. He moved right away. I was so proud of him. So, because I could easily ask him to stop, I went up to him to scratch him a bit more. Our connection was strong. He put his head on my shoulder while I scratched his neck. He moved back and forth while I scratched his shoulder and his withers, which is the base of his neck on his spine. At one point he put his mouth on my wrist. Years ago, he would have bitten it, but today, he was letting me know that he understood that I was a human and did not like to be bitten.

When he had his fill of scratching, I went back to my scooping. He followed me like a puppy dog. He was asking to go out into the arena. I told him that it is still a bit wet, so we need to play on the gravel. I did not want him to slip. I swear he said, "OK, fine!" If he were a human, his eyes would have been rolling.

He wanted treats, so I asked him if he could move his hindquarters for a treat. He was totally on board with that idea. He easily moved and we danced while I finished scooping. It too was magical at a deep level. He was once stuck in his thinking, too! Now he is flowing with me like we are one. It is such an amazing feeling to be this connected to a horse.

Have you ever been stuck in your thoughts?

Can you feel them for a moment? Where do you feel them?

Once you have sat with the feeling, do you feel the release, when peace and calm return to your soul, as fear and worry leave?

Living a magical life is what we are all meant to do. We are not meant to live our lives in fear and worry. When we do, once we notice that we are stuck, we can give it the attention it is asking us to give, so that we can release the tension, release the pain and welcome in the calm peaceful life we are meant to live.

Horses are just like humans. They hold stressful thoughts in their bodies, they throw temper tantrums, they are playful and fortunately can learn new ways of being. Once they understand and return to a calm peaceful state life is magical for them, too!

I am grateful for the time I had this morning to spend with the horses while I was doing chores.

What are you grateful for today?

March Pause: A Writer’s Priorities

I have not been writing…So odd.

A photo of a rock heart and possibly a horse head rock.

My friend, Debbra Lupien, called it a pause, because I downloaded so much during the 21 Day Challenge that ended last month. Pausing my writing, feels right, so, I am going to go with this pause, throughout the month of March. (When I first said that, my whole body reacted with a sigh and a calming vibration).

You may read the full story here, if you are a non-member.

I am spending my time learning how to eat, to lose weight and repair our health (blood work numbers are a bit high) from Dr. Livingood, exercising (high intensity) 10 minutes a day ( love these workouts, also from Dr, Livingood), playing with or riding my horses, learning from my amazing horsemanship coach while riding my Balance Rider, improving my emotional health via Mavis Karn’s classes and spending time with a friend of mine who suffered a severe stroke a few weeks ago. She was recently moved into a rehab unit, and is making wonderful progress. I was with her and her lovely family on Saturday. (Please send my friend healing lovelight).

I will be back, I promise! Sometimes a writer’s priorities shift!

Have you ever felt that you needed more time in the day to do everything you want to do?

Have you discovered that sometimes you need to shift your priorities to make room for something that is more important?

When you shift, did you feel that you found doors opening that you did not expect to open?

Firelight Blessings: Meditation Day 19

Angels and doves both appeared in my meditation this morning. The Magic Glass image of a light colored bird appeared, too!

I have been waking up at the exact same time each morning, no alarm. I love this. I feel as though I am reminded to put my soundtrack on, so that I can meditate before I start my day. I have been drawn to the Singing Bowl soundtrack for several days now. I love it. It is not distracting, but it seems to help me focus my mind on breathing, which I have found that I need.

As the magical sounds of the singing bowl started, a white Angel flew in. It was lovely, and beautiful as it slid into my vision. As it landed, it became a stunning white dove. It's eye was bright. I could feel its wise and intuitive soul touch mine as it folded up its wings. It settled in. A peaceful, calm energy emanated from the dove.

I could feel the energy flowing into and through my feet and legs. It was pulsating. It felt like healing energy at first, but when I asked if it was I was told no. this is filling you up. Today is a self care day. I relaxed into this lovely feeling. It was peaceful. I focused on my breathing. It was as though I was suspended in a magnificent pond, but it wasn't a pond, it was a lighter than water, but heavier then air. It was magical, and special. Time stood still as I became one with the doves gift of energy to my soul.

Interestingly, I heard crows calling outside. Ah, a reminder to ask a question about them. Is there a connection between the crows that have been appearing in my meditations, stories, the images and in the meditations and stories of others?

Yes, there is a connection between crows and the crow's nest. They both represent and are used for warning and for hunting by the crows and by the humans. I was shown the picture of the crow warning the flock of my presence, so they would flee to safety. There was mention of a Crow's Nest in Debbra Lupien's February 2024 Forecast. Be aware. The Crow's nest was used by the sailors to look out for rocks as they navigated a difficult rock infested area. This morning, I was shown that the Crow's Nest is also used to spot prey during hunting trips. Such as whales, seals, sharks, schools of fish, etc. Just as a crow signals to his Murder of crows that food is over here or over there. Be aware. Whales are important. I felt as though, they were being hunted illegally. The vision was short, but powerful.

I was reminded to review stories, because you don't usually remember what you channel. Yes, I said, that is true, I don't remember them. Several times now, I have noticed that I don't remember writing some messages that others find important. In fact, Debbra commented on a post yesterday, that I did not recognize as my words at all. Thank you for telling me the reason it is important to review our meditations.

I was asked to focus on my breathing. I started breathing deep, again. I returned to the energy bath. I could feel the energy flowing. I was in harmony with this magnificent place. There was no thought, just breath and lightness. My breathing was smoother rhythmic and harmonious, as I moved deeper into this space. I felt more energy, not healing energy, though. I was being filled up with this amazing life force energy.

I felt myself returning from the energy pool. I saw the white dove gently moving and expanding it's white wings. The dove lifted ever so gently away from me. As it flew away, it became an angel again!

I was told once again that today was an important self care day!

Have you asked for clarification when you are not sure what the message is?
Is there a bird or animal in your life that you feel is sending you messages to listen to?
What do you do when you are given a day for self care?

Firelight Blessings: Meditation Day 17

Last night the flock of crows gathered on this tree, just west of our barn. The fog was thick, but they caught my eye. They moved in harmony, away from the tree, when one called out. I was mesmerized watching them, as I was doing barn chores. At one point, just one was left on the tree. It was stationed on the highest branch. I could hear it calling to the others.

Interestingly one crow, seemed to be letting the others know, when I came around the corner of the barn, with my manure fork. When I first saw them and took this picture, they were not afraid of me, but when I had the manure fork in my hand, they appeared to be afraid of me. The lone crow, the signal crow, the leader for the rest of the flock, was in tune with both myself and the flock. This lone crow called to his flock to land when I was not in sight, but called to tell them to flee when I was in sight.

Watching the crows reminded me of the meditation I had earlier in the day. Leadership is all about leading through love while listening to all. This lone leader was listening, watching and warning the rest of the flock. Was the crow leading the flock with love or fear?

It felt like even though he was warning them and wanted them to remain safe, that he was doing so through love for them. Did he love me? Nope, not at all. I was to be feared. Was it warranted? No, I did not have any ill will ideas for the flock. Did that matter? No, unfortunately, it did not matter. This crow believed with all of his heart, that I was going to hurt the rest of the flock.

The Canadian Geese had the exact same reaction when they saw me doing chores, too! I watched their leader steer them away from me. I understood, because it was hunting season. I could have been another hunter. I suspect that the leader of this flock of crows has also been shot at. He has lost faith in humans because of his experience with them.

How did this lone crow become the leader of the whole flock? How did his experience affect his fear of me, a human? I had no intention of hurting them. I was simply enjoying their company, while I was doing our evening chores.

Maybe this leader was leading with love for his "family," however, because he assumed that I was just like all other humans, he had no love for me either. If this leader was open to starting a dialog with me, would it do harm to his family, if in fact, others have been shooting at them? It could wipe them out. Sometimes we protect others from harm because we make assumptions. Fear of what could happen, can really change the way we look at the world from the highest point.

Could the fog represent the assumptions we believe so strongly? Fog prevents us from seeing the whole picture. How many times have you made an assumption about someone or something? Could that assumption be clouding your judgement? Are you "protecting" those you have a loving relationship with because of assumptions you have made about someone or something?

I have made decisions when my mind was foggy with sadness, stress and grief.  Those decisions have not always been the wisest ones I have made. Generally speaking I believe that I have made much better decisions, when my mind is calm and clear. I can't go back and self correct most of those decisions, but I can try to remember to return to a calm and clear state of mind before I make important decisions. I can listen, love and lead from and through my heart instead of letting assumptions cloud my thinking.

I listened to the Singing Bowl soundtrack this morning. I had dreamt about whales last night. I was a scientist in my dream. I was taking samples and studying the health of the whales. During my meditation, I asked for clarification about this dream. I was told that the health of the whales indicates the health of Mother Earth.

I was then shown a Kaleidoscope. It was beautiful. Blue, red, green, clear and every other color imaginable. The shapes changed each time the Kaleidoscope appeared during the meditation. It was as if it was marking the various topics my guides were showing me. Hmm, why a Kaleidoscope?

Kaleidoscopes represent creativity, beauty, harmony and balance. It is ever changing depending on what is placed within it and how it is turned, while looking through it. I remember playing with them as a kid. I was in awe by the endless possibilities.

Next, I was shown the Royal Family. Once again, I asked for clarification.  I was told that the emotional health of the Royal Family was also an indicator of the emotional health of Mother Earth.

An incredibly beautiful kaleidoscope appeared once again. I asked for clarification for the meaning of the kaleidoscopes that had appeared during the meditation. I was told that there are endless possibilities that may occur, based on the decisions we choose to make. These decisions will affect the emotional and physical health of all who inhabit Mother Earth. Choose wisely.

There was one more message. Be sure to listen deeply. Use your gifts, the Clair senses to listen through your heart. There are many (9) of them. Do not get distracted. Distractions keep you from listening.

What are your gifts?

Do you know what the 9 Clair Senses are?

Can you listen with your heart, in order to make clear and calm decisions, without being distracted by assumptions you have made or have been conditioned to believe?

Firelight Blessings: Meditation Day 10 and 11

The Magic Glass shared another L message. What else could this 'L' represent besides Love? While reading another's post this morning, I realized that L also represents 'Letting GO' and climbing a spiritual 'ladder' as we move along our spiritual path. It might also represent 'LIVE WIRE.' Read on, for the reason I mention 'Live Wire' as an 'L' word.

Day 10 (Another busy day. I simply did not have time to write, but I did take time to meditate and read all of the posts related to day 10 from the group and from the book. It was a magical day)

Meditation: 'Sacred Time With Divine,' a meditation that Debbra wrote and read! (Little Book of Meditations: V. 1) It was perfect! I was listening to it in our sauna, it was empowering and healing.
The Metaphysical Live was wonderful, today! I am grateful, that I am indeed, 'a conduit between 2 realms,' per my personal meditation channel a few days ago! Having this confirmed was special!
Being told that I am also a 'Live Wire,' cracked me up!
This morning, I received a beautiful sign from my Angelic Team, my earnings from Medium as of today were $39.99 for January! I received 3 as an Angelic number, a few days ago, too. 999 isn't new for me either, as I was born on the 9th day of the month!
The 999 message was deep! Interestingly, I couldn't find 3999 on this particular website. It went up to 3460. So I looked for 3 and 999 separately. I felt led to read them separately, so I did.

Takeaways: I laughed a lot when I was called a 'Live Wire,' by my team. I had asked if I was indeed a "conduit" or if that was my ego talking? It was confirmed, I am a conduit, a "Live Wire." I can choose my path. I can choose what being a conduit looks like. I like this. As you know, I needed time to process what my team had imparted on me recently. Being a "conduit between two realms" is serious business, I needed to ponder this information from all sides, so I thought. I must say, being called a "Live Wire," and giggling about that name, as my hair was flying all over the place from static electricity, was just what I needed to lighten my serious mood.

Takeaways Day 10: Page 69 (The Path To Hearing Angels and Guides, By Debbra Lupien). The most important takeaway that radiates the truth, is that sometimes the ego needs validation. I needed validation about being a conduit. How fun is that? This day also states that as we get more confident, we will not need as much validation. We will trust the messages we receive. That also makes sense.

Day 11: Last night before I fell asleep, I listened to one of my horse guided meditations to fall asleep, I did not dream of horses, which I found interesting. Or, maybe, in a way I did. (I had a flash of an image in my head) I will ponder and ask my angelic team for input as I keep typing.

This is what I wrote upon waking. I did not want to forget, which sometimes can happen.

Day 11
My dream: I dreamt of being pulled, by beautiful strings attached to my arms, away from dangerous situations. It felt like some were past experiences, while others were future experiences! There were 2 angelic beings pulling on those strings. I was laying on my belly.

Meditation: I also listened to one of Debbra's meditations this morning. "Healing Love Infusion" (Little Book of Meditations: V. 1) Interestingly, I only remember being filled up with a lovely beam of light! Maybe more will come to me later!

Dream Takeaways: As I am pondering the multiple times I was pulled to safety last night, I am wondering if I was also dreaming about horses and driving them? The 2 beautiful strings feel like driving lines, as I was able to release them, if I wanted too. I didn't, I held on. Though I see, I originally wrote, "Attached". (hmm, more to ponder) Nevertheless, I love how my angelic team took examples from my life, to show me how easy it is, to ask for guidance, help and support along the way. Notice I said, "Ask for help."

I would not be pulled out of situations, unless I requested for help to navigate the obstacles on my path, first! Asking for guidance and help is very, very important!

Day 11 Takeaway. (Facebook Group) Peace, peace, peace... Love and Peace, I felt as though I was back in the 60 and 70's picking up the posters and marching once again for peace and love to guide the way. Spreading love and peace everywhere we go. As I read many of the group posts, I sensed a huge circle of like-minded people gathering together with this purpose in mind. I could see the peace signs as I read the posts. Yes, the fingers and also the circular pattern with the upside down Y.

This is not the first time I have noticed this sign. I didn't get a picture during the cold days, but I noticed the Peace Sign, the circle and the upside down Y a couple of times. (Kicking myself for not taking a picture) Tipper has a track outside in the snow. A few days ago it looked like a peace sign. It isn't very visible at the moment, but it sure called to my heart a few days ago.

The second one, was the watermark image, I talked about the other day. It looked like a peace sign, but also like a horse's hoof print with a smudged heart. It is missing the line that connects the heart to the top of the circle. So, it is a stretch, but while studying it originally, it reminded me of the peace symbol.

Takeaways Day 11: Page 73 (The Path To Hearing Angels and Guides, By Debbra Lupien). Goosebumps. This quote caused goosebumps to charge through my body. Actually everything about this particular reading did. The set up: Debbra is asking about being a messenger and carrying the Mantel of Light. Metatron replies, "Perhaps it would help to know that you are not the only one?" Wow, just wow!
