Ms. Debbie - In The Flow: Serendipity

Yesterday, I asked for general cards for myself. New Life, number 39 from the Wisdom of the Oracle Pocket Divination Card deck was first to drop, though the second card also popped out at the exact same time. Happy, Happy, number 26. 

Be ‘happy’ in your ‘new life' is what I felt right away. It was as if these 2 cards were one message. 

By The Book, number 11. Made me smile because I have always said I was going to write a book. I have lots of poetry and many stories saved on a computer that I can’t access well. I have many stories in journals, I have many daily posts saved here and there. Hmmm. Organization has been the most interesting part of this process. Writing is the easy part. I am keeping track of many posts within FB as well as in my drive. I also have a blog. I did write a bit on Medium, but I was tired of the bots. I feel that way now about FB in many respects at the moment, which leads me to the last card, number 18, Serendipity. 

So, if I put them all together, what do I hear, before I look at the guidebook? 

‘Be happy in your new life, you can do things by the book, or follow the moments of serendipity!’

If we look at the results of following my intuition and coincidences that have occurred in my life, vs when I have done things by the book, I can see that listening to my intuition has always brought me to the highest and best outcome. When I tried to follow the “BOOK” and do things the way others wanted me to, life did not always work out the best. I usually had to swim back upstream a bit to make the decision I had originally wanted to make, Or I had to float down some huge rapids to smoother waters because I didn’t take the path around the horrible rocks. The consequences were harsh at times. Some of them have lasted a lifetime. Others are behind me. 

Now that I am retired, my husband and I have lived by this guideline. If it brings you joy, do it. If it doesn’t, let it go. Living life by the book has not always brought joy and happiness. Living life by following the magical breadcrumbs has, because it is living life through serendipity. 

The guidebook by Colette Baron-Reed in the New Life section confirms my gut feeling about this card. “When spring awakens the world, joy and excitement can be felt all around and within your very core.” It goes on to say this, “This is one of those times in your life when new ideas inspire you and new opportunities bring you hope for seeing your dreams come true.” Now that is a very interesting idea. What are my current dreams for my retired life? My ‘New Life’ is before me, what do I wish for? What are my guides leading me to do?

  

The Happy, Happy card, 26, seems like a good answer to those questions! In the essential meanings section the phrases are: “Joy and contentment; a sense of fulfillment; a feeling that all is well.” Seeing the word ‘joy’ brought goosebumps to my soul. “Your happiness is a result of your being at one with Spirit’s plan for your life.” The Prosperity Message section says a lot that I radiate with, but this last sentence sums it all up. Your soul has always known you could accomplish anything if it brought you joy.” Wow, talk about synchronicity and confirmation that I am on the right path. More magical goose bumps.  

Yesterday, we met the new neighbors. They are about the same age that we were when we moved into the neighborhood, way back in 1998. While we were talking, we told them that we are retired and live by the mantra that ‘If it brings us joy, we do it, if it doesn't we don’t do it.’ They looked at each other and back at us. One of them said, “Wow, I love that philosophy. I am going to remember that!”

The card, By The Book. “Essential meanings: Abiding by social rules; conformity; respecting cultural or family customs; universal laws.” Ok, that was not unexpected, so I kept reading. The Oracle’s message talked about each of these in depth but it didn’t fill me with inspiration until I read these two sentences: “Release resistance, for universal laws will correct any disharmony. Open your eyes to these universal laws, and it will be easier to go by the book at this time.” Ok, what the heck are the universal laws they just told me about? I need to look at those again, so I reread them. Here they are: “The Law of Abundance. The Law of Prayer. The Law of Karma. The Law of Attraction. The Law of Thought. The Law of Compensation. The Law of Nature.” She says that these are only a few of the laws that are known. So apparently there are more. 

This card gives me hope in this time of ‘disharmony’ in the country. I have been feeling anxiety and yes, resistance. By letting go and trusting the universe to “fix” this, through the universal laws feels like a huge weight is off my heart. My responsibility is to live in joy, be happy, trust the universe and follow the feel. 

Let’s see what Serendipity brings to the conversation. Essential meanings: Opportunity allied with readiness; the awareness of synchronicity; luck and good fortune appearing as signs and symbols; a magical alignment of events.” Do I need to read more? 

Opportunity, synchronicity, signs and magical events all are words I use frequently, so this card definitely radiates with my soul. I continued reading and realized quickly that I did indeed need to keep reading.  As it turns out, this is a card I need to tattoo on my heart and soul. These 2  sentences are not all of the message, but it does share the essence of it. “Everything you bring into being now, will leave a wondrous legacy for others in the future. Your service to the world is being supported at this time.” 

There are days that I feel like I need to write, but there are also days when I don’t feel like it. There are days I need to play with my puppy or with one of the horses. There are days when I believe it is important to cut, split and stack wood. I have been dancing and laughing more and more. Following the feel and writing about it or doing what is very new to me, creating a spiritual video, must all be part of my pre-birth plan that I have been following all of my life. I have not been able to follow it completely to a T, but I don’t think any of us do. The key is to get back on the path as soon as we can because the Universal Laws have been put into place here on earth to help us along the way. I get to trust that those laws are all at work to create harmony in my life and yours. 

As I write these words, my energy just shifted. I felt a peace and calm come over me. Our dear sweet Miss Tilly Bear woke up from her nap, and would like my attention. So, with that I will close out this post with love and light.

Ms. Debbie - In the Flow: Golden Future

I opened the Golden Future deck on video yesterday. I also have the book that goes with it. These two together are explanations of Diana Cooper’s interpretation of Ascension into the Golden Future. Honestly, some of this is deep and challenging me. It may challenge you as well. So please listen to your wisdom and intuitive thoughts when you look at these cards or read my interpretation. 

Yesterday, the first and actually the last card both fell out of the deck when I asked for a message for the community and collective. I chose not to talk about the number 39, Crystalline Light Body. I did not know what Merkabah meant. I looked it up today, after it fell out of the deck again. You see, I put it back into the deck. As I did, I said, well, if you want me to talk about it, let it pop out again today. Yep, it did. 

Number 32. Leadership and Decisions. Make choices for the highest good of all popped out yesterday, I left it out today, as I knew I wanted to talk about it. Number 11, Communal Markets. Trust that all you need will come to you, was the first card to pop out today. As I stated above, number 39 popped out as the 3rd card. I giggled. Well, I guess I do indeed need to share it today. It may have needed to be discussed yesterday on the video, too! I will ponder this when I do my next one. 

Also today, there was a Coffee Froth picture (I have not been using the Magic Glass. It has been calling to me, so I will use it soon). Actually there were 2 images, but I didn’t take the first picture of what I thought was a turtle. I missed it. 

I did get this one of the Crane or is it an eagle? I also see what I think is a heart, maybe 2 hearts on the left side of the bird. What do you think? 

I just learned that the crane is a divine bird that has the ability to travel between the realms. Wow, a time traveling bird! We as meditaters and light workers often travel between the earthly and spiritual realms, too. I am always learning something new. The hearts symbolize love to us and they are a common symbol for me from my Angelic Team. This message came today before I sat down to write. It came to me before I asked the same question I asked yesterday before I shuffled the cards. I think the Crane and the hearts were letting me know that they are sending messages from the other side, for me and possibly us to pay attention to.  Listen to your wisdom, as It may or may not have the same meaning for you as it does for me. 

I talked about 32. Leadership and Decisions yesterday. I felt that the beat of the heart, the circle, the bright light and the birds and insects were important. The guidebook says that, “There will be no leaders or power structures, but wise people will emerge to inspire and empower others.” Well, isn’t that interesting as we watch our current administration do what it is doing to our ‘power structure’ at this time in history. I did not pick up on this message yesterday. I read it, but I wasn’t drawn to that sentence. I was drawn to this one. “Attune your heart and mind to the others involved  and trust the result that emerges.” 

If all leaders were able to check in with their heart, connect to those they are making decisions for and trust that their wisdom would give them the highest and best guidance, our world would be amazing. I believe that this way of making decisions starts with us. It starts with us in our jobs, in our homes, in our words that we speak, in the decisions we make for our families or the groups we are part of. I mentioned Deep Listening yesterday. I have participated in several Deep Listening workshops with Mavis Karn. Many of them are free to listen to. The guidebook says that ‘All will belong’ in the golden future. A stark difference from what we are experiencing now. I believe we will get to this place of oneness where decisions are made for the highest good of all, not just for a few. I will hold this image in my heart and soul. “With oneness consciousness, wise decisions are quickly and easily made.” I have goosebumps today as I reread the words of Diana Cooper and her guides. Oneness is a magnificent vision to behold!

The second card in the photos is number 11. Communal Markets. Trust that all you need will come to you. I love the images on this card. I see positive energy exchangers that include food, technology, crystals, light, another other items between different planets, each other and birds. I see lots of fruits and vegetables as well as a stunning drinking glass, too! The guidebook talks about how the markets will be full of people who give and take only what they need. They do this because there is plenty for all. People will share their gifts freely with no expectations of receiving something back in return. “In the fifth-dimensional consciousness of abundance, everyone knows that there is enough for all.” 

In the guidance section for this card we are told to “Ask Archangel Charity, who is the twin flame of Archangel Chamuel, the Angel of Love, to open your heart and mind to abundance consciousness, so that you give freely, happily and generously. You can bestow goods, love, care or your time.” 

Remember the crane and the 2 hearts image from the Coffee Froth? Oh my I just learned that there is an Angel of Love and I think my Angelic Team was letting me know that this message from this card was arriving today! Now, to ask this Angel of Love to open my heart and mind. There is much more to read, learn and understand from this card. Archangel Charity apparently knows and responds to our energy as we love and give freely to others. In return, we are given more than we gifted to the community.  As the card states, “Trust that all you need will come to you.” It is a reciprocity community. I have always believed that gifting and receiving is equally important. We must be able to gift and receive with gratitude. There must be balance between the two because when we are takers not receivers it upsets the balance. This card seems to say this to me. It may say something else to you. 

The last card that also fell out of the deck yesterday, apparently wants me to look at it more closely. There must be something important that I did not see yesterday for it to pop out two days in a row. Humming birds, orbs, bubbles, heart light and stunning auras that touch each other. The people are sitting on a Lilly pad as they appear to be connected to each other through their thoughts. Interestingly, the guidebook lets us know that we are moving from a ‘carbon-based third dimensional form into a crystalline-based fifth-dimensional form.’ Ok, I have lots of questions about this. I will keep reading. “Your spirit travels in a light body known as a merkabah.” As we become fifth-dimensional, it says that our bodies will be filled with more ‘Divine Feminine energy’ as it changes shape to look like an ‘orb’. Well, that was a deep thought and possibility why I did not feel drawn to learn more about it yesterday. This is a lot for my human, 3rd-dimensional brain to digest! 

Per the guidebook, the current timeline for the Golden Future is 2032. My understanding is that this will be completed by 2050. “In the new Golden Age everyone will inhabit their spherical crystalline light body.” 

I am simply going to trust the breadcrumbs and expect that the highest and best outcome will arrive when it is meant to. I am open to the love, the light, the gifting and receiving of love. I am open to the fifth-dimension, I love what I am learning about the energy of the Golden Age. I admit it seems a bit ‘out there’ when she talks about how our bodies will transform, too. It’s more than my mind can envision at this time. 

I took this picture recently of Tipper and Miss Tilly Bear after they had played and played together. It really is fun to watch how Tilly is bringing out the world of play in Tipper. I had hoped that they would become friends, but they are becoming more than just friends. They are becoming partners in all things. It’s fun to watch this relationship blossom!

Ms. Debbie - In The Flow: Love

This morning my Angelic Tribe sent me this lovely heart. I feel so many reasons for this heart to show up. One of the reasons may be for Image, as the vet came over today. We all wanted to know for sure why she is hurting so much on her right hind leg. She hurt the tip of the hock 6 years ago on this leg. My vet x-rayed her hock, her stifle and her hoof. If you don’t know each of these spots on a horse, he didn’t x-ray her ankle or hip joint, but x-rayed the rest of the joints. 

Her stifle is fine. Her hock has a touch of arthritis. Her foot is where the problem is. The coffin bone inside the hoof has rotated. This is not a good thing, but it is something we can help her with. He trimmed her hoof for me, which was a good learning experience for me. We need to help her lose some more weight. She is Insulin Resistant. Hmmm, so am I. On a positive note, she was just out walking around a little better than she was yesterday. So, the trim was helpful. 

Another reason for the heart this morning, could have been for the cards that I did not write about yesterday. Self - Love. Compassion. Be Love. These are from the Love and Light Mantra Cards. This is by far one of my favorite decks.  

Self-Love card number 7. I am awakened to the inner essence of my being and therefore can clearly see everyone’s inner beauty. The guidebook asks us to do at least one self-love practice today. I danced and am writing. I played with Tilly and ate a healthy meal. One of these days, sitting in the sauna is on my practice list. I have not done that since Tilly arrived. She must get used to me doing that, because it is something that I love to do. I am reminded to feed my soul so that I can give more. This causes “a ripple effect” of love and understanding of others, “Let it start with you!”

Yesterday, a person I worked with many years ago reached out. I was just about to start to dance, but also wanted to be there for her. I let her know that I was about to start my self-care practice to dance, but I let her know that I thought a particular video of Mavis Karn might help her. I sent her that link. I felt a wee bit guilty, but knew I needed to take care of myself if I was going to be good for everyone else. I was delighted to hear back from her this morning after she watched one of the video’s I had suggested on Deep Listening. She thanked me for suggesting it. This card is a good reminder that we must take care of and love ourselves. Listen to your wisdom. That inner guidance knows so much more than we will ever know! Had I not, I may not have danced. Not moving, may have been a ripple effect we do not want to experience! Practice self care and self love is by far the best thing that we can all do for ourselves and others. 

Isn't it interesting that the photo on the Self-Love card is one with 4 people, not just one? 

Compassion. Card number 13. I carry the weight of love in my heart and compassionately feel all hearts. Together we rise. 

WOW, WOW, WOW. I am glad that I waited until today to write about these cards because this morning I watched and listened to a video that caused a shift in my heart. This video was not the first one to say this, but it was when I felt a shift in my heart. I am sure many have said it before and will continue to say it. The essence of what was said was that together, as one people we will rise, just as this card is saying. The differences between us and them are not as vast as we think. Sending all people Love and Light., not just to light workers is what is needed. Some of the people who are appearing to be against what is best for the country, may be afraid to be strong. They may be making the decisions they are making because they fear retaliation or that negative consequences will occur if they don’t fall into line. Many of the light workers are shining light to all for the highest and best outcome for all. 

Interestingly, the guidebook for this card says that we need to carefully navigate compassion and protect our energy. The action part of the message for this card says: “Practice compassion with a person or animal in need, a loving understanding that secures your energy in place without putting yourself in their pain.”  I did not expect this message. I understand it, because I have joined others in their pain, their fear, their low moods and their drama! 

How can we send love and compassion to the people who are feeling the hard and difficult emotions and yet protect our energy? 

Self-Love and Self-Care come to mind. Meditations. Prayers of protection. Eating healthy so we don’t tend to fall into that cesspool with them. I will be doing more of this. 

The last card, number 2. Be Love. I am connected to all that is: we are one energy, one heart, one love. Another card that speaks to the hearts. It is as these two are bonded deeply to each other. They are being love for each other. We are asked to, “Accept your journey as ever unfolding, enhancing your life through experiences that lead to growth.” To do this you must ‘first connect with your inner world and heart.’ Ok, I did not see that coming. I saw two people being love. Once again, we are reminded that love starts with us. Take care of you, find that love before you send it out to others. Once you have the love and compassion strong within yourself that is when you can ‘give and receive’ it. 

The messages from the cards, my Angelic Tribe through the Coffee Froth and the picture of two of our 3 dogs on the bed, all are about love. Do what you need to do to fill your cup during this upside down cycle we are experiencing. Love yourself first, because once you do the energy will rise. Love will radiate from your heart causing the energy around you to vibrate causing that ripple effect of love.

Ms. Debbie - In The Flow: Celebrate with Grace and Compassion

I recorded my second inspirational video yesterday. This morning, I woke up early. The house was quiet. Tilly was still asleep. The dream vision that I had during the night was fresh in my mind. 

‘Keep telling stories. Let the cards guide you, just like you have been doing with your writing.’

Since I am following my intuition, I decided it was a writing day. Someday, I may figure out how to do both in one day or combine them, but for today, in this moment, I am writing. 

I loved the deck I opened yesterday so much that I felt drawn to ask a question of my Spirit Team after I said the Akashic Prayer from Debbra’s book. 

Soul Coaching by Denise Linn is a lovely deck. Yesterday during the unboxing video I drew a couple of cards. Today, I asked the question, What cards would you like me to share with the collective in my writing today?

Interestingly, my husband was listening to the video from yesterday, while I was shuffling the deck today. He was listening to the reading about the card Enthusiasm. There are no coincidences, so I listened to myself reading the guidebook. I heard the Affirmation: I celebrate everything in my life, and I live in limitless joy. I listened to myself give gratitudes for my husband, for Tilly and for the tripod that I was able to wrap around the kitchen chair so that I could do as I was asked to do by my Spirit Team and friends to share and inspire others. 

How did I get to this place on my journey at this time in history? I have absolutely no idea, but I do believe we are all guided to follow our intuition and the breadcrumbs. Today’s message was to tell stories from the cards. 

I thought of another story that this card reminds me of. I remember horseback riding on a private property nearby. My dad had crossed over within the last year or so. He crossed in 2005. I had been riding on this property for many years at this time and never seen what I am about to share, before. It was a fall day. The leaves were falling off of the trees. My husband and I were alone. It was quiet and peaceful. The sun was shining brightly. There was no wind on top of the hill. We were riding a trail next to a fence. Some small trees were growing up next to some oak trees on the other side of the fence. I was riding Jewel. I don’t remember who my husband was riding at at the time. Possibly an Arab gelding, named Buddy. All of a sudden a huge swarm of dragon flies flew out of one of the small trees. I was mesmerized by this phenomenon. I had heard of it before, but I had never seen this amazing migration. We stopped to watch them flutter about. 

When they were gone from our sight, we continued to ride our horses along the trail. Moments after we had started to walk, we rode up on another smaller tree. As we did, a kaleidoscope of beautiful butterflies flew out of the tree. That was when I realized that it was definitely a sign from our loved ones, in particular, my dad, that he was ok and watching over us. 

Once we connect to our team of Angels and recognize their language, which may be different for everyone, the language can grow and expand. It takes practice from both sides of the veil. I love that memory so much. This card reminded me of it. I am grateful. 

The second card, number 25, Grace. A feeling of warmth and love fills my heart up full as I look at this picture. The mother holding her baby reminds me of the photo no one wanted that my mom had moved with her from home to home and apartment to apartment. It took me a while to remember what my mom said about the photo this one reminds me of.  If I remember, it reminded her to always protect the children. She surrounded it with pictures of her family. Of her children and grandchildren. It held a prominent place in her heart. I have it surrounded with other pictures from her home of a mom and her daughter. I cherished these pictures, too. I wrote one of the poems and typed up the other one that I found somewhere. I wish I could give credit to the person who wrote it. 

As I completed my dancing for today, the last song was “Amazing Grace” . It too was a perfect coincidence. The following sentences from the guidebook touched me. “Angels, guides and spiritual guardians are watching over you and cherishing you. Kindly honor the reality of others!” 

Oh my, that last sentence is a big ask right now. Breathe, relax, allow and let it flow! Another sentence that radiates as important is, “The creator knows the truth of the situation, even if others don’t.” “Hear the truth of others without the overlay of your own opinions.”

I often remind myself to listen for the truth. Always listen for the truth, the rest does not matter. Hmmm, I do believe that I needed that reminder while we navigate through this very upside down reality into the next.

The last card that popped out of the deck: 12, Compassion. Reminds me so much of the love between myself connecting to the hearts of my special fur babies. Yes, this includes dear sweet Miss Tilly Bear. It is amazing how much compassion wells up into my heart when she is snuggled up next to me.  

The guidebook Affirmation: The vibration of compassion shines through my every cell. I can relate to that feeling. I love this sentence, “It isn’t necessary to be perfect, there is no one you need to please but your higher self.” Now that sentence sure feels like the truth to me.

Rambling with Ms. Debbie - In The Flow: Stag; Trust and Thrive

I did my first public spiritual video yesterday. I unboxed a new oracle deck. Angels and Ancestors. By Kyle Gray.  I loved it so much I showed more of the cards than I had intended to. I also drew a card for the collective.  ‘What is the message for those that see this card?’ It was the Stag. I can see that there is a lot that I have to learn to be able to use this deck. It has several sections and no numbers to use to look up. It is in alphabetical order within each of the different sections. 

The Stag is considered a Warrior Symbol. The guide book states that these symbols represent signs that our ancestors would see in nature. They send us powerful messages from our guides. 

 

I love this card because it’s message is Trust and Thrive. My word for 2025 is Trust. Thrive is the theme for the 30 day dancing challenge that I have been participating in. So for me this card represents my current experience and was a great message for me. The Message is, “Come alive and thrive, Stand in your light and glory with grace and majesty.” I feel that this card was confirmation that I am on the right path. I respect the deer and other wonderful animals we have on our property. This summer I saw the Badger, my hubby saw the mink in the barn. We had a bat recently. Of course the owls and the eagles are seen or heard frequently. We use wood from the forest to heat our home. We treat our farm which we call Whispering Hearts, with respect and love. 

When the video was over. I asked my Angelic Team for another message. I asked for a message for myself. It was a beautiful message that I decided to share today in my writing. 

The first card, Broken Arrow, is also a Warrior Symbol. Embrace the energy of peace. I did not know this, but apparently when tribes or a warrior found a Broken Arrow, it meant that the fight was over. It was time to celebrate peace. I can see the peace pipe being passed around in my mind's eye. Kyle Grey goes on to say, “Know that your angelic guides and ancestors are standing around you, protecting you and taking you forward.” 

Many years ago, I participated in a lovely Circle in which we called in our ancestors to resolve traumatic events. I wish I knew what that circle was actually called. It was an incredible experience that I cherish to this day. I remember that one of the participants represented my great grandmother who had crossed over, while another represented one of my great aunts. It was a very healing and energizing experience. 

The second card I drew was the Direction Guardian. Choose your path. This card is one of the Guardians and Messengers cards. The main message is, “Connect with your deepest desires, then choose the path that will make your heart and soul sing.”  This card is a message I have told students for years. Follow your heart. Listen to your soul. Let your voice be heard. Be you. Be the best you that you can be. Listen to the joy that sings in your heart. I didn’t say soul very often because I was a teacher and I believe that had I used spiritual words, that I would have been crossing a line that I did not want to cross. 

This card has a great message. Since I am not 100% sure if I could be writing or putting energy into creating video content I was not surprised when I read the following. “These amazing angels are the ones that come to you when you are at a crossroads and don’t know which way to go.” It goes on to talk about the meaning of the pictures on the card. “The Hebrew prophet, Ezekiel, was said to have seen an angel with 4 faces on it.” All of the faces are represented on the card. Cherub, Lion, Eagle and Bull. Messages can appear from many different ‘guises’ to guide us for our highest and best good. I would add that it is important to ask for guidance. It is also important to ask for protection from the light or the Akashic records before you ask for guidance from your Angelic Tribe. 

The third card that popped out of the deck yesterday was the Oracle. Wait for important information. I saw this lovely woman and immediately thought about the Magic Glass that has been sending me images for over a year now. I mentioned it in the video I did yesterday. I loved getting the images until someone mentioned that they were Oracles. I kind of freaked out to tell you the truth. I had to look up what the word Oracle meant. After I looked it up, I had to process this for a long time. In fact it was a couple of months or more before I even used the Magic Glass again. It was after my Angelic Tribe started sending me images in my Coffee Froth, that I realized that this was something I was meant to do. I am meant to receive ‘Oracle Images’ and use them in my spiritual work for myself and for others as they come across my work. Once I started to lean into the gifts, my confidence grew. My friend Debbra Lupien mentioned that these are my tools for communicating with my Angelic Tribe. That made perfect sense to me. I let the fear go and have not looked back. The language and connection has become stronger and deeper. 

The guidebook for this card tells me to follow my heart. ‘Choose what will light you up’ if you are not sure which way to go on your journey. I love that. I loved being on camera yesterday, I also love writing. So for the time being, I will continue to write and play with the videos. I will only do what brings me joy. 

Today, after I danced, we split wood. The weather is amazing. Tilly came out with us along with Tipper and Squirt. She carried sticks around, climbed on stumps and ran around with the other two dogs. She fit right in. I am surprised at how well the other two dogs are doing with her. Oh, they have to tell her no now and again, but generally speaking our home is very peaceful. I wasn’t sure how Squirt was going to do with a puppy because he is very picky about who he lets into his huge bubble, but he has been showing lots of signs that he accepts Tilly as one of the pack. Thank goodness, because we could not have Squirt here when Bear was alive, because of the way Squirt snapped at Bear all of the time. I think having a puppy he can train has been a very good experience. I took a few pictures of them hanging out together while we were splitting the wood. Enjoy.

21 Day Mediation Challenge: Day 22

I was going to take today off from writing, but my Angelic Tribe had a different idea. This morning, my Coffee Froth gave me this image. In a moment it went from a sleeping dog, to an awake and aware dog. 

My heart laughed, because I had just said this about Tilly. She has the temperament of a Service Dog. She is aware even when she is asleep. She notices where I am at all times. I try to sneak away to take a shower or change my clothes when she is asleep. NOPE, she notices my every move, even when I think she is sound asleep. 

What is the message from my Angelic Tribe? Is there a message or are they simply letting me know they are watching and noticing, too? 

Could the message be that we need to be like this series of images? Do we need to wake up from our slumber? Do we need to be more aware of our surroundings as we stay connected to our communities and loved ones?

I decided to see what the Oracle cards had to say about my interpretation. I said the prayer, shuffled and waited until a card popped out. When I first looked at number 24. Electric EEL Spirit, I thought, I need to draw more cards, this one might not be what I need or want. 

Interestingly, I have seen Giraffe and Buffalo Spirit. Buffalo was on day 12. The Giraffe Spirit card was December 14th, just about the time we picked out Tilly.  However, I have not seen Parrot Spirit, 45, Watch your words before either. 

When I looked at the Spirit Animal Oracle guidebook, I was pleasantly surprised with the messages I received. The Oracle message: “Seemingly out of nowhere, the jolt of Electric Eel Spirit appears to ‘awaken’ you to a big idea that you are meant to explore.”

As I read these words I am both excited and apprehensive. Apparently we will have many upcoming epiphanies. The inspired thoughts will arrive magically taking you through an amazing transformation that you will be celebrating with delight. Bring inspired ideas to life, now is the time to follow the breadcrumbs and bring them into reality. Don’t be afraid, we have your back. 

Big sigh… I loved that both the Image in the Coffee Froth and the message of the Electric Eel are about being awake. It is time to awaken. It is time for transformation and celebration as we follow the magical glitter (my words) into reality. 

Giraffe Spirit, reminds us to see the big picture. Number 29 when added together is 11. An Angel Number. Yes, our Angelic Tribes are watching over us. The words from the guidebook that spoke to me this time are: “Spirit will bestow upon you a new perspective that might make all of the difference.” 

Now I have goosebumps. It might be time to rise up and start adding content to my YT channel. I have the name, now that the 21-day Meditation Challenge has come to an end, I have more time. Now I must trust that inspiration will arrive. My word for 2025 is Trust, my word for January is Play, so I must trust the process and play with it, even if it feels awkward. 

45, Parrot Spirit; Watch your words, was also a card that I was not excited to read about. Hmm, how interesting, because It asks, ‘What message to yourself are you repeating?’ “It’s time to be more mindful of your self-talk!” “Are you repeating what you truly believe?” Speak with light. Speak with Love. Tell the story that you wish to bring into the world. The universe is listening. 

That was powerful. I have tingles and truth tears. Tilly Bear, just came to my side when I sneezed. She sees and hears everything even when her eyes are closed. She is playful and intuitive. She is a Service Dog who follows her heart. She is full of empathy and joy. My shadow, my sidekick. My friend and a soul keeper. 

Buffalo Spirit, 10, The abundant Universe will provide. Reminds me that I need to take one step at a time. Living my life in gratitude as gratitude is where abundance comes from. 

Today, I am grateful that the Coffee Froth sent me a message to wake up. I am grateful that I was inspired to write, even on a day when I was not going to write. I am grateful that I danced today and felt the heart songs that dance brings to my soul. I am grateful that I feel joyful, playful and connected to Tilly, my husband, and the other members of our property. 

I saw the eagle flying over the barn today as I was standing with Tilly. I am grateful to the Eagle Spirit for flying past today, the day after we completed the meditation. She was flying away from us on the warmer winds out of the SE. As she gave me a salute with her lovely tail feathers I could hear her say, soar with winds, not against them. Ride the wave. Be in the flow!

21 Day Meditation Challenge: Day 21

Today on the last day of the meditation I asked our Angelic Tribes, What message do you have for the collective, regarding the meditation challenge or a meditation practice? 

Intuitive Whispers Oracle card deck, did not disappoint. Number 7, Wisdom of the Solar Plexus. I found it fascinating that when we are anxious it means we are not connected to our gut, our Solar Plexus. I was hit hard last week with anxiety. I was in my head. This card asks us to , ‘trust our gut instinct,’  as it will guide us away from anxiety. 

The book asks us if we are ‘listening to a voice that is louder than our own?’ If we are, this is the time to tune out those loud voices and ‘listen to our inner voice’ instead. 

Well, meditation is all about trusting your gut and listening to your inner voice! Think that our Angelic Tribe hit a home-run with this card. I find this to be a thank you note to our souls from our tribes that encourages us to keep listening to our inner wisdom. 

The second card, 38 Community Calls. I am smiling and giggling. The community once again came together to unite in the meditation challenge. The energy was strong. I felt it emanating from everyone as we shared our meditations, read each other’s meditations and commented on each other's posts. The love and support was magical and empowering in very deep ways. The community called to each of us. It will continue to call to others. The magic of meditation has a ripple effect that changes all we meet. We need not say anything about it. It’s felt. Our heart center radiates love and light to all we encounter. 

This beautiful card asks us to look for a community that is in “alignment" with your current life path. It has been almost 2 years since I retired. I have not joined a new community. I have left them or I have retained communities, like this one, but I have not joined a new tribe. I am taking this card personally, too. I believe that Tilly Bear was sent so that I would join at least one new community. We will start her in puppy classes when she is old enough and has her second set of shots, unless my vet wants us to wait for the 3rd set. It might be the perfect community to join. 

The 3rd card, with the lion on it. Number 4, Feel, Don’t Think. This card is another card asking us to listen to our wisdom and let go of our thinking. Another card reminding me to listen to my soul voice. The voice that fills my body with an energy that guides me as I go out my day, week or year. The voice I hear when I meditate or write from my heart. The voice that asks questions of the oracle cards and the voice that speaks to me when I see an image in the Magic Glass, Coffee Froth or the clouds that float through the sky. The voice that warns me away from or toward a decision. The voice that lets me know that my horses or dogs need me to do something with or for them. “You will know when you have arrived into feeling, when everything seems clear and unwavering.” I have noticed that I use the words “Crystal Clear” when I have tuned into my inner wisdom. I just know what the next, right step is for my soul, because when it arrives, it is crystal clear. An example of this “knowing” happened this week. I knew we needed a ramp for the dogs. I do my best to always, “follow the feel!”

I woke up this morning with a powerful dream memory. I believe this was my meditation for the day. (I have full body goosebumps) It was a time travel dream. I was talking to a person I may have dated in the past. If we didn’t date we were very good friends. He took me back in time to meet his future wife. I spent a great deal of time talking to his future mother in law. She was so kind but wasn’t too keen on having me there as my future self. I watched this person talking to the much younger child. He was holding her and bonding with her. It was beautiful to watch. He was waiting for her to meet him in his future life.  

When we left the house through the garage, we walked together down the driveway talking and laughing. I told him that I was so very happy for him to know who his soulmate was and to have met her in the past. When we arrived at the street, his car was to the right. Mine was to the left. Mine was a black SUV that transformed into a scooter when I hopped into it. His was an old beat up car with tinted glass windows. Both the driver's and passenger windows curved up from the top of the door to the middle of the top of the car. He called it a Charger.  It reminded me of a car from the future. Which is exactly where we were from, so that made complete sense. The child and the future MIL were in the past as their past selves. We were from the future as our future selves, so I guess our “wheels” were too! 

I remember I did a quick U turn and drove past my friend in the transformed scooter. I was laughing and being incredibly silly and reckless. I started to do donuts in the street, but lost control of the scooter. I pulled it up into a wheelie, so I could turn the tight circle right next to my friend's car. He was looking right at me with a look of “WHAT THE HECK IS SHE DOING?”  as I tried to miss his car. Unfortunately, I did not make the turn. My front wheel crashed right into the top of the window on the driver's side. I hopped off the scooter and wiped the window off. It looked fine to me, until I looked closer. There was a huge crack in the window. 

I felt bad for what I had done, but what I said is what has stayed with me all day. “How much will it cost to repair? I can pay for it.” I wanted to make amends for my reckless behavior, but I did it in a way that made me feel like I was coming from, “White Privilege!” point of view. 

Looking at this dream this morning, I did not take into consideration that this car had emotional ties to his heart. It was an old beat up car, but it was a treasured car that he took care of to the best of his ability. I was willing to pay for my reckless behavior, but I did not understand the pain I caused him. I was rich and arrogant. I could feel this in my dream. I felt terrible for the actions of my dream self. I am however grateful that I have been on a life mission to release my “white privilege” upbringing. I am grateful that I woke up not just from a dream, but from a way of life I was born into. I can only hope that others will wake up to a life of privilege and show empathy, and love to others. I can only wish that people will learn to listen to their inner wisdom instead of thinking that money will solve all of their problems.

21 Day Meditation Practice: Day 20

I asked a clarifying question today about the Magnificent Star Love Light for the collective. I felt that the Magic of Unicorns was the deck to use for this question. I was not disappointed 

We have seen number 37 several times from this deck as well as from other decks. Spiritual Warrior. ‘Show you are a wise leader.’ Notice the Unicorn’s Horn is touching a star, not just in the first card, but also on the second card, number 2, Pure Intentions. The words on the Pure Intentions card says, FIND CLARITY. I was looking for clarity about the light. I see the incredibly bright light above this unicorn. The swirl of energy coming from that magnificent light that has traveled down through the sacred bird and into the unicorn's heart is pulling at my soul too! The 3rd card, 25, Caring Community, asks us to ‘participate and belong. Enrich your life’ 

If I am reading these cards correctly. The Magnificent Star Love Light is swirling down to us through the hearts of ‘Spiritual Warriors’ who are ‘wise leaders’. We have the ability to ‘command the universe’ with our ‘pure Intentions’ when we ‘surrender our egos’ and dance in a community of caring light beings. As we ‘participate and belong’ our lives are enriched, because at the center of our community is the Magnificent Star Love Light that fills our souls with a powerful, loving energy. 

The guidebook says, ‘the more you participate, the more you belong and the safer you feel.’ As I continue reading, it sounds as though this light is a fifth-dimensional energy in which communities revolve around. Each person does what brings them ‘soul satisfaction’. I have goosebumps reading this. I am fascinated by the possibility that what we are doing when we tune into this powerful star love light frequency can bring us into the fifth-dimension where everyone takes care of each other in ways that we have never seen before. We are one with each other and our souls are satisfied. 

It sounds and feels a lot like Narnia, not the City of Oz! A beautiful place where everyone gets along. Cooperation, laughter and open doors are the norm. It sounds like love replaces fear. Abundance replaces lack and loss. Our Chakras are open, healthy and shining bright. We have hope, joy and laughter as we go about our work and play. Giving love is a priority. Taking from others is forgotten, instead we learn to receive blessings from others with grace and gratitude. 

I for one am really grateful for what I learned from asking for clarity about the Star Love Light. It reminds me of when I heard in a vision this phrase, not so very long ago, Magical Sparks of Love and Light. I thought it was a possible name for my YT channel, but it turned out to be a wonderful way to send loving light to others. Now it has morphed into this beautiful and magnificent Star Love and Light. I love this magical journey I am on and am incredibly grateful for all of the connections I am being asked to make as I meditate, ask questions of my Angelic Tribe and write about the experience. 

Tilly Bear update. Today Hubby and I made a ramp for Tilly Bear and Squirt to go up and down easily. Squirt has no issues with the steps, but Tilly Bear could not figure out how to go down them at all. So instead of waiting until she figures it out, we decided to build her a ramp. This may be the best thing we have done for her long term physical health. Bear’s hips went out on him, which is why he crossed over. If we can keep Tilly Bear physically healthier, longer because of the ramp, we will have learned from our past experiences. 

She figured it out quickly and has used it the rest of the day. She is so incredibly smart. She is going to keep us on our toes!

Is today a day to soak in the energy and let it permeate  into my soul”

Yes… let it swirl. 

I see the unicorn. She is white and absolutely beautiful and majestic. She is dancing around me, just like on the cards I saw today. 

I feel the swirling energy start at my feet and move up through my head. 

Download… enjoy it. 

Energy download of love and light from the stars and planets. The alignment of the planets is today. Is this part of the powerful energy that I have been being told about? Magnificent, Star Love Light? 

Yes, my dear… 

Downloads take time… breath, relax, allow focus on your breath and allow the magic to materialize. 

I want to type, but there is nothing to type, it is a feeling of floating in the water. Bouncing up and down with the energy of the waves… 

Interestingly, I am loving this and at the same time impatient… When I am in the loving energy, this feels as though I am in the Sauna or floating in a pool watching the clouds float above me. 

Yes, go to that place. Where you don’t have a care in the world. Watch the clouds float gently by… feel the ripples as you do. You're gently cradled in the star love light.. Feel the energy and the sparks as they move through you, around you and over you.

Listen to your wisdom as you move about your day… shed your ego, your fears and your longing for peace, as it will be here before you know it.

21 Day Meditation Challenge: Day 19

As I look at these cards I think everything is so incredibly positive. How couldn’t it be. New Beginnings. Inspiration and Hidden Depths. 

A couple of days ago I heard The British are coming. The British are coming. During the Revolutionary War, when the USA was birthed, This call was used in a poem to describe that the Regular British were coming, as everyone was British. In my meditation, I felt that this was a good thing, rather than something negative. 

Today I did not ask a political question, though it may be heavy on many of our hearts. Yesterday I chose to ask the same question as the day before when the cards gave me such joy. Today, the question I asked: What is the highest and best outcome for the collective; all who will see these cards today or in the future. These cards may mean many different things to each one of the people who see them. So look at them, feel them and ponder what the message is for you. 

New Beginnings refers to a Fairy Godmother who is very excited to deliver wonderful news of a baby or new idea. She is celebrating and overjoyed with happiness. This is the sentence that I loved. “Either way, it’s wonderful news and there’s an aura of happiness and celebration surrounding you right now or in the near future.” 

I found it interesting that in the last paragraph she talks about, "being your own Fairy Godmother like Glenda the Good Witch of the South explains to Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz when she says," 'You had the Power all along, my dear.'

I found it especially interesting because recently I mentioned that the city that is underwater may look like Oz. There are no coincidences. How do these cards touch your heart? 

I love the second card. The card of Inspiration. We have seen this card before. Be prepared to be showered with all kinds of inspiration. If something feels like it is for you, follow it. If not it may be for someone else. “When an idea does resonate with you, however, go with the fairy-flow and trust where it may lead.”  The word, ‘fairy-flow’ tickled my fancy so much. She talks about ‘how it may be time to take action on inspired thought.’ It may also be time to go out into nature where you can be inspired. “Allow inspiration to flow.” 

When I read the Hidden Depths card. I was ecstatic until I read the first sentence in the guidebook. “Sometimes it’s easier to be in denial than to face a challenge, so we act as though something never happened and pretend everything is fine.”  She goes on to say that, “releasing the things that have been hidden from view can be very liberating and help us to move forward with our lives.”

The last sentence in this first paragraph ties back to the water I keep seeing. Apparently there is a Fairy of Water. She “comes to hold your hand gently and guide you during the releasing experience.”

She talks about how this could be about releasing a traumatic event or how it could mean that a friend or someone you know is keeping a secret. If you need professional help to release it, get it. The positive outcome is that releasing it all will bring you great joy and happiness. 

OK, I am all for Joy and Happiness. I have released many painful experiences over my lifetime. I understand that living in joy is magical and magnificent. I know with all my heart that all we have is this moment. Living in the past or living in the future isn’t going to help us to be at peace. I know this, yet a part of me wishes that I was living a different timeline at this time in my life. I remember thinking that years ago, before I met my husband. I had wished to live in an amazing marriage, I saw a home with a fireplace with a rocking chair next to it. Dogs at my feet and horses in the pasture. I had no idea how that was going to happen when I wished for it, but today I can say that it came true shortly after I made that wish. I had no idea how the universe managed to put all the pieces together so we could meet each other, but it did.  

I trust that ‘New Beginnings’ are on their way, through ‘Inspiration’ we will be set free from the trauma we experience because something from the ‘Hidden Depths’ will be exposed. 

Tilly update. We are calling her, Tilly Bear, because she reminds us both so much of Bear, who reminded us of Dakota Bear. She is my Velcro dog. I adore her so very much. Today, she weighs 11 pounds at 10 weeks old. She was 5.5 lbs at 7 weeks. We picked her up at 8 weeks of age. Today we bought her 2 more toys. Yes, she has plenty now for a while. The best part of getting her the new toys, was that I could dance with her because the one is very long. We got home with them and she was so happy to get them. However, Squirt (Nabby - mom’s dog) The old man at 13, decided that he needed to get in on the action with the new toys. I snapped this picture of him carrying it around the house as if he was a puppy, too!

Focus on love as you breathe in and out. The starlight love that is brighter than what you have ever experienced before. Breathe, relax, allow, focus.

Focus your energy to shine with the Angels, the sea life, the Spirit Guides and lightworkers. It is time to focus this powerful, magnificent love and star light.  The world needs this love light from the heavens to protect it from the dark magic that has been released into the atmosphere. The star light contains magic to keep the world and all of its angelic beings safe, as you stand together as one. 

Inspired thought will become movies and books. Leaders will emerge from within the dark forces to shine star love and light bright. Magically dissipating the negative energy. Peace will prevail. 

Breath, relax, allow, focus

I see dancing in the streets… glitter is falling from the sky, but it isn’t glitter, it is sparkly star light or dust… dancing and singing…. Clapping and joyful energy abounds. 

Is this the city that is under water? 

No, this is your city and your streets… Do we go to the city underwater before we can dance in the streets in our own cities? 

That has not been revealed as of yet. 

I am hearing a deep voice. A different one from what I usually hear. 

Are we being asked to celebrate as if what we wish for has already arrived?

Yes, as that is what Breath, relax, allow and focus, means…Listen for the inspirations, do what inspires you, each of you, to be the best that you can be, to be in the flow of love. It’s the way of the magic. 

Trust those who can do something, to do what they do from a calm, centered, inspired heart… Their mindset is what needs to be strong… Shine that light to those who are being inspired to do the work. That is your job now… shine the light and hold the door open for the strong magic to assist them.

Once again this was powerful. I was surprised by the deep voice of this meditation. I did not ask who it was. I am excited that whoever it was came. He, as I think it was a he, kept his tempo slower for me, so that I could keep up with the typing. 

I am grateful for the message. I can shine my light and hold the door open for a magical outcome. Just as I did after I made the wish for a healthy and strong marriage. I wish for a healthy and strong place to live. I trust the universe to deliver!

21 Day Meditation Challenge: Day 18

Today I said the Akashic prayer. While shuffling the Ask Your Guide cards, the Denial card popped out. I had not asked the question of the day yet. I stopped to read what this card had to say, other than what I had feared that it would say. 35. Denial from the Healer Guides. Confusion. Distortion. Ignorance. Compromise.

Before we get our hopes up or down. I was pondering something yesterday that I had written as a question on a post I was reading. I had asked if it was possible that our leader is acting and creating chaos in order to trap someone else, but who? 

I think that since I had not asked the question for today that the denial card was for that thought. I think I was hoping that our leader was not as awful as he is acting. I was in denial for a moment. I can’t believe the things he is doing are real, because they are so unbelievable. 

The Higher Guides Message is: Take off the blinders and be open to the truth about others and yourself. Only then can you address and heal problems. 

The guidebook gives examples of areas in our life where we could be in denial. Relationships with our kids, our friends. It says that when you are in denial, you are only kidding yourself. Do not perpetuate the problem by denying it.

Well, that could mean that I am in denial about the election and need to accept it or it could mean that I am in denial about him being a good guy deep down. Time will tell. 

I made sure to ask the question that I wanted to revisit today before I shuffled any more cards. 

 I asked the same question as yesterday. I did this because I did not read the guidebook yesterday. I just felt this incredible joy and wanted to keep that feeling while meditating. 

‘Is Kamala going to be our president in 2025?’

I shuffled several times before 51 Bounty. Runner Guides popped out of the deck. I continued to shuffle. Another Runner Guides card fell out. 56.  Community. 

The words for Bounty are Upgrade. Benefit. Gifts. Discovery. The Runner Guides message is: Notice and receive the plentiful positive and beneficial energy available to you now. 

The sentences that really stood out to me were as follows. “When you think life is tough and everything is a struggle, your Runner Guides will appear on the scene to redirect your attention away from the negative and connect you with  all the positive and loving energy surrounding you. They don’t want you to get trapped in a negative outlook and miss the beauty all around you. The difficult period you’ve been in is about to ease. The tides are about to turn in your favor and the good times will begin.”

I don’t know what the answer is, but I am all for the good times. They can start right now. Which if we really look at our lives, listening to our wisdom and finding our joy is all about living in the good times. Live in the flow, follow your heart, the magic will begin!

Community: number 56 is also a Runner Guides card. Receptivity. Invitation. Availability. Vulnerability. These 4 words are interesting as they relate to the question. The Runner Guides Message: Extend yourself to those around you. Overcome shyness and reserve  and let the people who inspire you know that you are here and want to make friends. You will be met with an open heart and life -changing relationships will unfold. 

Some sentences that stood out: “The time of feeling like a fish out of water and different from others is ending. The people who understand our inner world and mirror, value and affirm who we are, are about to show up in our life. Be open, flexible and spontaneous.” 

It goes on to say that it is important to put yourself out there, to meet new people. Be the first to ask another to do something, don’t wait around. Your guides will set up meaningful “Soul encounters,” but first you must ask for them and put yourself out there. 

Well, that didn’t seem to give me the answer to the question. Except that I do feel like a fish out of water, because I am still numb and incredibly disappointed in people I have respected for years. It’s hard to watch the world I have known for years come apart at the seams because so many people believed this was the way our country is going. 

I am not ready to read about the cards from yesterday. I may never be. I think I need to cherish that moment when I felt magical hope and magnificent joy. I want to send out the hope and joy I felt into the world, without any negativity attached to it. 

I am not feeling the magical hope and joy today. I am feeling disappointment and sadness instead. I have not yet accepted the outcome. Today I will surround myself in love and light as I meditate. I am seeing the white unicorn spinning the lovely white energy all around me as I  get ready to meditate. 

Tilly has been in and out a lot today. She was sent to comfort me. She is my Velcro dog. Hard to believe that she hasn’t been here forever. We call her Little Bear, cause she reminds us so much of our sweet Bear. Today she has been with us for 2 weeks. She knows my routines. Mom is typing, so she isn’t going anywhere. I need a toy or a nap or both!

 It will be OK. I promise. All is in divine timing. Not all is as it appears. Not all is under water. The whales, dolphins, seahorse and starfish are all gathering around the world sending star love light to all. Star Love light? Is that what I heard? It went by very fast. 

They are sending waves of light as bright as the stars around the country and world for the highest and best outcome. The fearful energy is felt by many throughout the world. Let the love light beams lift you all higher. Magnificent rays of magic are being felt by all. Hold this thought. Let it shower down upon you, protecting you from the ashes that are also raining down among your people. Breath, relax, allow and focus that love light toward the dark abyss. 

You have seen the truth as you see it. Others see the truth as they see it. It’s ok… focus on the heart, not the head of the people you have loved. If their heart is dark, it is ok to walk away. If their heart is open, there is hope that they will see or have a paradigm shift, just as you have had several times in our life. 

Is Kamala going to be our president in 2025? 

I believe that ship has sailed. Hold onto the hope, joy and energy that she distributed throughout the world. Hold on to that ray of sunshine. Bring that light to others. Be her light. Be her joy. Be her enthusiasm for doing the work for all mankind. In a joyous and positive way. Shine it when you can. 

She is your leader and shining star…. Listen to her messages and heed her warnings. It will be OK. Bring a peaceful energy to all that you do, when you can.

This morning, I saw this in my Coffee Froth. I thought it was a whale, but now it looks like another sea animal. Maybe a seal. It must have been telling me to send out a love light as bright as a star to all!

21 Day Meditation Challenge: Day 17

On a whim after listening to a couple of Intuitive people this week, I asked this question of the cards after I said the Akashic Prayer. Is Kamala going to be our president in 2025? 

Look at these cards. I have not read the guidebook yet. I will, but the cards say all that I think we need today.

10: Unfinished Symphony. 28. Building Blocks. 26. Happy Happy. 

I am excited to see what the guidebook says, but I don’t think I am even going to look at it until tomorrow. I am simply showing you these cards because they make my heart sing in joy. For today, I simply want to fill that and meditate. 

Little Tilly update first. She skipped her morning nap because Dan and I were busy putting up the new gate for the stairs. The first gate simply felt dangerous for us and Squirt was able to put his head under it, which caused it to snap open which really could have hurt him. We moved the gate upstairs into the Spirit Room. Tilly  is sound asleep now, as are the other 2 dogs who also were very active all morning. It is mid-afternoon, so they must be tired.

Breath, Relax. Allow

Breath in for 3, hold for 3, release for 3, breathe, hold, release, again. 

Today I can see a horse.. It is running… fast… very fast… It's odd because it is running on a vertical line, not a horizontal one, it is running down, not up. 

I can see red in the background and I hear something I heard earlier, the British are coming, the British are coming… Is that a good thing, or a bad thing? 

It’s good, because reinforcements are coming to protect the country and the world.

OK. that will make most of us happy, what about the rest of the people in the country? Are they ready to let go of the support they have had for the current leadership? Have they seen the nightmare that the current policies are going to cause? 

No, not yet. The term is young, give it time. 

Do not worry, hang on to the joyful spirit and energy that you felt before you started this meditation. Joy will carry you through the  crazy chaos that may ensure. 

OK, let's talk about Joy then. You had mentioned that there is more than joy that we can experience. We can go into a higher vibrational energy that is more magical then joy and bliss? 

Yes, we can go into a higher paradigm shift than what you have currently experienced during your waking hours. You have experienced it in your dreams and throughout your sleeping hours. It is sparkling and magnificent. 

I see a white horse with a beautiful grey mane that is running horizontally to my right… It is a stunning vision of white and a blue gray colors, like a lovely stone, possibly a marble. 

Breath, hold, release. 

I see a pool of water and hear the word whale…. The water is rippling in a circle. Away from the darkness.  A portal or water spout looks like a tornado in the water.. I can't hear the right name for it. It is spinning very fast counter clockwise… like a drain, but opposite of how it would spin in my area of the world. So this spinning water must be in the lower hemisphere. I feel like it is a tunnel of sorts, pulling me down into a world I saw earlier this year. 

Breath, relax, allow…. 

That was intense…..

Come back to this realm, we will visit that one again…. Just not today.

Wow, that was an intense meditation at times. My breathing and heart rate increased when I saw the spinning tunnel in the water. I have goosebumps now that I am pondering its meaning. I can’t wait to see the city that I think is there, it feels like it’s similar to the city that we all know as the city of Oz. 

Tilly just woke up. Perfect timing.
