Today is national Unicorn Day and my 66th birthday. I am grateful that my birthday is on this day. It is magical and reminds me to believe in myself as well as the universe.
I am grateful that I am doing exercises each day that helped me to move through the sadness I am feeling today, because this day was my late friend's birthday, too! It is her first heavenly birthday.
I am grateful to a new friend, who lost her best friend a year ago. We met at the memorial I went to for her. She was bonded to her friend, much like my friend and I were. She sent me a PM today, wishing me a happy birthday. I had privately reached out to her, when it was her birthday, as I could tell, it was a tough day for her, without her dearest friend, to wish her a happy birthday. I understood the wave she was riding, but I understand it better, today. I believe our friends are cheering us both with a lovely glass of red wine!
I am ever so grateful that our friends are still near and have joined our individual Angelic Teams. It is certainly not the same, but it is a comfort to know that they are close by.
