Angelic Communion Practice: Slowdown

My Magic Glass image this morning, intrigued me this morning, but it wasn't until I sat down this evening to reflect upon the day, that I noticed the human figure with the hand on the right! A strong helping hand! 

My angels? My guides? My friends? My hubby? 

Or is the hand on the right, a mirror image of my left hand and thumb which appears to be on fire? It felt like it was on fire when it happened! As it is healing beautifully now, it isn't as painful as it once was! It hurts, but everyday the level of pain subsides! 

So if the large hand is me, the human figure with the outstretched hand must represent my angels, guides, friends and husband? All have offered support and assistance!

Today, Dan rode his horse Harvey! It has been a while since they have played with the saddle and ridden! They both looked so incredibly happy!

Harvey graciously let me ride him today, too! It felt good to be in the saddle, as it's been a minute for me, as well!

Onyx was ridden by my friend, Kate! I asked her to come play with him, so Dan could ride today! She graciously accepted and on this beautiful day, with perfect weather conditions they rode! Onyx really likes her! She reminds me that he loves me! 

At one point I walked with them, Onyx blew out and relaxed! It was just what he needed to build his confidence a little bit! My dad use to walk with me when I rode a green horse until they relaxed, too! I treasure those memories, just as I will treasure this moment with Kate and Onyx!

My heart was full, my energy was a bit ramped up though! She and Onyx were beautiful together! I was beeming!

Debbra Lupien, Voice of Akashic Records and my friend, had given me the message today during her November Live on YouTube, to slowdown and be present in the moment! However,  I was seriously revealed up, instead! I kept hearing slowdown, slowdown! 

I was excited to see my friend ride Onyx, I was excited to watch Dan ride and the weather was perfect for a few laps around the arena! A perfect recipe for an adrenaline rush! 

Slowdown, breath, and trust! I actually tried to sit down, to slowdown! I will need to practice the slowdown! It wasn't working to sit down to slowdown! Lol!

I am grateful for having my angels, my husband, friend and our horses, happy and content, today! I adore and appreciate them all!
