Magical Gifts and Gratitudes: Teeter Totter

Where do you like to ride a teeter totter?  

Do you choose the high side, the low side or do you prefer the middle?

This pretty little bird feels as though it would be in the middle, today! 

It feels calm and unaffected by the movement happening on either side of it. 

The energy moves up and down on either side, as it balances calmly on the fulcrum. 

The people moving up and down are enjoying the ride, yet I wonder if they realize they could choose to balance on the calm fulcrum, instead?

Moving closer to the center is the answer for both people on the teeter totter if they seek peace and calm. 

They don't have to feel the incredible highs or the crazy lows. They can feel the crystal clear and calm energy the peaceful bird is experiencing!

Today, I am grateful that I am enjoying the peaceful crystal clear energy the middle of the teeter totter freely offers to us all.

Magical Gifts and Gratitudes: Be Seen

I am grateful for peaceful nights in the barn. While feeding I noticed a red light in the sky. I went out to check it out. Sure enough, the sunset was magical. I was delighted by the clouds and the deep red colors. 

Today the weather is blustery. Winds are coming from the north west. The winds are bringing cold temps and moments of snow showers. Branches are falling from the trees and large profile vehicles are going much slower than normal. One even had its flashers on as the top of it was swaying to and fro. 

It's fascinating to me how quickly the weather can change. From peaceful and delightful to down right nasty. Yet, this will pass. The winds will settle, the cold will stay for a day or two, the sun will come back out and a bit of warmth for this time of year will return. 

We dress for the weather, no matter what it is. We put on or take off layers of clothing. We throw more wood on the fire or we turn on the AC. Life goes on. 

I am grateful for the gift of the red sky last night. Today, I am grateful that we drove safely past the swaying high profile vehicles on our way to and from an appointment. I am grateful for warm clothes and wood to put on the fire.

I drew this card from the Inner Child Oracle deck the other day. I thought it was lovely and beautiful. Deer are seen frequently here on our farm. My heart understood the meaning, but I didn't feel it was necessary to share. This morning, when the coffee foam displayed this picture, I didn't remember the card. When I sat down to write the connection appeared. My Angelic Team wanted me to reflect on that card and what it means.

I deserve to be seen. I am worthy of being seen. Don't give up on your dreams, keep following the 'feel' until you are 'crystal clear' of the path to take and the choices to make, because you deserve to be seen. Just like the beautiful sunset that pulled you by the heartstrings of curiosity out of the barn to bask in it's magnificence, you too deserve to be seen. 

May this message touch your heart, because you deserve to be seen, too!

Angelic Heart Wisdom

The last few days I have noticed a heart in my coffee foam! Today I took a picture of it!

Listen to the messages of the heart has been a common theme I have been hearing, seeing and feeling lately!

As I pondered this heart, I noticed an angel hovering to the right of the . My angels are speaking to me, I am beginning to notice the messages again.

They never stopped talking in whispers to my heart, I simply wasn't hearing, seeing or feeling the messages because I have been consumed with waves of fear, grief, disappointment and anger.

While I listened to the fear, grief, disappointment and anger, I had nothing to give to others, much less my Angelic team!

I see bubbles or orbs, too! These may be all of the important messages I missed, or they may be the extra angels surrounding me with love and light!

Today I am more centered than I was yesterday!

May you find your magic today as you move through your day!

Update: The angel I saw before I wrote earlier this morning is to the left, but look, there is one to the right, too! my fingers automatically wrote "right" so we would all notice that angel, too!

Firelight Blessings: Welcome 2024

As I welcome the new year, 2024, with open arms, my heart is grateful, my soul is calm and I believe that I am indeed living my purpose. I am writing, I am loving life and I am living happily with my amazing partner. We live a grateful life, spreading joy, whimsy and magic when we can to others.

We share our home with Tipper, who magically changed from a spitfire of a dog, to a sweet, loving soul. She travels with us now, whereas before she was just too hard to take with us anywhere at all. She still struggles with getting her harness on, but treats are helping her to overcome her traumatized past. She enjoys truck rides, visiting friends and with her new extended seat on the side by side, she loves going with us, as we explore nature and easy local ATV trails as well as our own.

Hearts continue to be one of my favorite signs from my Angelic Team. This one appeared yesterday while we were restructuring our tracks for the horses. We re-homed one of our horses, which was hard to do. I had hoped that our mare, who we named Hope, was going to work for us. However, I/we had to be honest with myself/ourselves and as we followed the magical breadcrumbs, we found her a partner to fly with her. In doing so, we moved our herd around a little bit. Interestingly, they are all content with the changes we made, and no one seems to be grieving. I must admit, I have grieved, worried and questioned my decision. However, my heart knows it was the best for all of us. We have learned that having 4 horses to care for, is our magic number! The heart was a sign! A whimsical sign that we followed the breadcrumbs, and we are doing what was best for all.

My magical unicorn has my heart. Onyx has moved from being a bit of a wild child to being a wise old soul. We spend our time progressing our heart connection, our trust in each other and our confidence. He brings out a silly side in me. He plays with everything he can get his lips, feet or body on. He encourages me to play, laugh and be creative. I tend to be rather serious, believe it or not when it comes to 'training' my horses. He helps me to be lighthearted and playful. I am so very grateful that he has come into my life.

Our senior main riding horse, Harvey. He is my husbands horse who graciously lets me ride him on occasion, too! His bond is magical with my husband. Their hearts both sing when they are together. It has been a joy to watch from the start. They take care of each other, which is amazing to witness. Harvey takes care of me, too, but only if Dan tells me that he has to. Otherwise, he would ignore me or walk away. He is a serious horse and takes his job seriously when he knows what his job is. He is loved!

Ollie, a sweet Arab/Draft cross gelding. He has been retired from riding, but loves, loves, loves to play at liberty, or long lining. He loves to go for walks in the woods, but scares easily, so he can and has bolted. I cannot ride his bolts, so I have chosen to stay on the ground and enjoy our relationship from there. We moved Ollie yesterday to a stall in the main part of the barn. He has been living in the hope building which is much larger, but he was miserable away from his people and his best friend Image. He loves to watch everyone and everything going on around him. He likes to be in the middle of the action. Now with our restructuring and moving his from the hoop building to the main barn, he is content. He still has access to his long track to run, buck and play with the rest of the herd, but now I can pull him into the arena easily and take him for long walks through the trees easily. He has been begging (see his photo above) to play a lot more and now we can. This move magically makes my heart sing with happiness and joy!

Image, a lovely black mare. she rounds out our herd with her spirit. She can be both calm and opinionated at the same exact time. I could learn a lot from her and have. She lived with Ollie for years until she developed a metabolic problem and needed to be separated from him so she could eat a special diet. Now they are side by side in the main barn. Both of them seem to be very content. We extended her lane so that she is closer to our house. Yesterday, she was rearing and dancing around her hay pile. It was magical to watch. She was spirited, opinionated and happy all at the same time. I love this little mare and now that Ollie is next to her, I can pull her out into the arena to play with her, too!

We have magically been visited by owls for years and years. This one posed for me 4 years ago as I was heading home from work. I am honored to hear them, see them and enjoy their magical messages. My home is magical, my home is where my heart is fulfilled, happy and content. We followed and continue to follow the whimsical breadcrumbs, the magical fairy dust our Angeli Teams, our spirit guides and universal wisdom lays out before us to find. Join us as we live our life gratefully together and welcome 2024. A 'magical' year is ahead.

Magical Gifts and Goodies: Majestic Mammals

This adorable baby elephant showed up in the Magic Glass a couple of days ago. When I showed it to Dan, he noticed an image of a whale on the right side, too! I told him that it was one of my favorite angelic gifts from the Magic Glass, before he noticed the whale. Now, it is one of my top 5. 

Two large majestic mammals, one lives on land, one lives in the sea! They are strong, brave and beautiful. A whale has visited me many times in meditation. Calling me to tune into these particular words and play them like a chord on a piano or guitar.

"Calm! Peace! Abundance!"

I was easily able to tune into Calm and Peace, but I struggled with adding the tone, energy and note of the word Abundance to the chord. This was my assignment for my meditation from July 28th, 2021! I mentioned that maybe I needed to listen to whale songs in order to connect to the vibration of Abundance! I did this a couple of times, but still the Abundance note eluded me. I wrote about the Whale this fall, as well, because I have had several whale images appear in the Magic Glass! I was still not able to tune into the vibration of abundance. It felt foreign and unreachable.

Interestingly, I am actually feeling a deeper connection to this image and the assignment I was given in 2021 in this moment in time. Today, my body started vibrating at a really high level, as I pondered the meaning of this whale image! I can feel and connect easily now to calm, once again! I feel calm in my heart, it is warm and beats rhythmically at a slow and steady pace. I feel peace in the center of my belly. It feels like joy as it harmonizes with the rhythm of calm!

I wonder if the vibration in my legs is where the energy of Abundance is felt? Is this the note I have been seeking? Is this all encompassing feeling, the gift I have magically been given to feel? It is a feeling of excitement that blends beautifully with the frequency of calm, a steady rhythm in my heart and peace, a joyful vibrational blessing!

"Calm! Peace! Abundance!"

Playing the 3 notes and words together, like a chord, was my assignment. Today, I feel the chord being played as one for the first time. Today, I can connect them together as I celebrate and appreciate my life and my journey. I recognized each note individually and can summon them to play as one. WOW!!!

It's true, I live an amazing life! It is full of magical gifts and goodies! It always has been! I can see and feel that now, as I open my heart, soul and mind to write about magical gifts! I am tuning into the message of the whale and for that I am grateful. I can feel the Magical Fairy Dust falling down upon me.

"Calm! Peace! Abundance!"

Since, I felt drawn to the elephant, first! What is the gift, the message and the reason I saw the elephant first? A baby elephant, too! Is it giving me a new assignment? Is it asking me to look within for the strength, the wisdom and the perseverance elephants represent? Is this the new chord I am asked to feel?

"Strength! Wisdom! Perseverance!"

What is the meaning of both of these images, together? It feels as though, playing these 2 chords is important! I don't sense that they need to be played at the same time, but alternately, like chords in a song. Magically giving and receiving as the song reveals itself. The whale image represents the way I strive to feel on the inside. This allows me to be strong, to be wise and to be persistent throughout my magical life!

The notes are played together and individually. Being calm, peaceful and abundant brings us to the incredible notes and vibrational magic of feeling strong and wise with perseverance to stay the course! Dance with the gracefulness of the whale, run with the power of the elephant. Be magnificent, be regal, be the best that you can be today, so that tomorrow will be, too!

Angelic Communion Practice: A Decorating Miracle

It is getting darker and colder in the northern hemisphere! I recently ordered these fun curtains. I can raise them up or lower them, because the rod is attached with magnets! They are perfect and add a positive vibe to this area of the house! I can't help but smile when I see them. They are also insulated, so will keep us warmer at night! We have 2 doors in this area that I decorated with these cheerful thermal curtains.

Yesterday, we ran some errands. I had secretly been hoping to find a new rug for each of these two doors. The brown one no longer brings a smile to my face. It was very apparent once I added the curtains. I have a red rug at both the front and garage doors. They will be perfect. All four main floor doors in our small house will have the same rug. Perfect, right?

HMMMM, I was wrong, very, very wrong! 

As I walked down the aisle at the store I saw the perfect rug. It was even on clearance. I took it in my hands, showed it to my husband who agreed, it was perfect. 

Unfortunately, there was only one of them. Only one.... just one, uno. Darn. I put it back on the shelf and told my husband that if there were two, I would have bought them both, but since there is only one. I will keep looking. We started to walk down the isle, looking for other options.

I just happened to turn back to admire that one rug one more time when out of the corner of my eye walked a store employee with another rug, just like the one I had just put down. I was so excited I walked up to her and asked if I could buy that one, too! She said it had been in the wrong aisle and was just returning it, so yes, I could indeed purchase it. I was jumping up and down inside, to the point that I blurted out, "Do you want to see why these are exactly what I need? Here, let me show you a picture!" 

She must have thought I had a loose screw, but she obliged me and looked at my picture of the red and white checked curtains hanging up on my door. She agreed that these rugs would indeed be perfect. I thanked her for her perfect timing. I also thanked my Angels for creating a lovely miracle!

I am so very humbled by this sweet miracle. The curtains made me smile all by themselves, but now with the red and white checked rugs to go with them, I am grinning from ear to ear! 

Life is full of big and little miracles, have you been noticing the magical gifts in your life?

Angelic Communion Practice: Magic Glass Discovery

This beautiful Magical Glass has been with me since 1984. It was a gift! One of a set of 4. I don't remember who gifted it to me, though I remember picking it out to add to the registry! I was instantly mesmerized by its curves and mystical design! 

I had no idea how magical it was, nor the images it would evntually reveal! I just knew it was perfect and called to me! I was so very grateful when I carefully removed the silver wrapping paper with a white bow and wedding bells, to find them all nested in a protective box! 

I have moved this particular Magic Glass several times since 1984. I have used it for water, orange juice and red wine! It brings me joy, it always has! I cried when each of the 3 other glasses, chipped, broke or shattered into a million pieces! 

I wonder if I would have discovered the magic it holds, if the set would have remained in tact? I highly doubt it!

How did I discover the Magic hidden within this crystal clear glass? My Angelic Team and Spirit Guides brilliantly sprinkled magical breadcrumbs for me to notice! I have been gifted birds, feathers and numbers for years! So, I am used to recieving messages from the other side of the veil. 

Angelic communication is creative and magical but, it's a 2 way street! It's a language both sides learn and is unique, yet similar for all! 

How was I lead to discover the Magic Glass images?

In June, just before my dad's heavenly birthday, we were driving through the woods! I took several pictures and shared them on Facebook. A friend noticed a face in the trunk of the tree on the right! Can you see it? 

A Guardian Angel, a Spirit Guide, or a Magical Tree Nymph, Gnome or Pixie! We named this trail Wishbone Trail, because it splits just past this magical tree!

The day after my dear friend crossed  this rock heart magically appeared! It was a powerful message and significant sign from her and my team, that she was ok!  

Hearts are so incredibly symbolic, it was not the first time I have received them from my Angelic Team, nor was it the last heart image I was gifted!

Two days later, I peeled the sticker off of this apple! Fyi, my dear friend was also a retired teacher! She was strong and having fun! I was grieving and incredibly grateful for her kindness! 

I believe she found and joined my team of angels. She knew my vibrational signature and frequency, so could locate me quickly! My team helped her learn the ABC's and she added her personal touch! Team work at its finest!

Unfortunately, both of my senior dogs started to show more signs of failing health. I had a difficult decision to make! Stay home from the Celebration of Life, or go! I felt guided to stay home! This image appeared in the sky right around the time I was making the decision!  Staying home, was the right decision.  I have no regrets!

My seniors joined my Angel Team, full of Universal wisdom, within the month! Tough days were ahead. My angels were close by!

I played with my horses in honor of my friend on her day of celebration!  

The horse and the two playful dog images appeared in the sky above our barn! I was reflecting upon my friend and her many friends, as I read their amazing tributes to her on her page when the images appeared! I had tears streaming from my eyes, as I took this picture! 

All of these amazing images my team sent me surprised me, but my heart was open and incredibly grateful! I was ready to receive. I was ready to continue this magical conversation! I was ready to go deeper!

I thanked my team with every new image, I also challenged my team as I watched for more unigue messages to arrive! Messages that continued to heal my heart and guide me on this Magical Adventure of life!

One of the many treasured images, that appeared in the sky, during my senior dogs hospice days, was this beautiful Teddy Bear with a heart on his chest!

I honestly don't remember seeing so many meaningful cloud images, since I was a child! I am so very grateful that I was reminded to look up again, that I noticed, and that I was and continue to be receptive to communication with the otherside of the veil!

The day Bella joined the Angels the clouds howled! The song was heard, the message was heartfelt! We lit a candle and shared her many stories! She was special, sweet and kind!

Messages aren't always images, though this story is primarily about them! It is important to note that the day Bear, my heart dog, let me know he was ready to cross, we were devastated! We weren't ready to let him go! 

My heart was so incredibly heavy when this adorable horse appeared just after we said goodbye to him! 

I was looking for signs that he was ok! The horse peaked out from under a car as we walked through a parking lot! I picked it up, thanked my team, and set it up on the median to hopefully be seen! I  have to admit I wanted to keep this treasured find!

As we drove away, I saw that the little one had been lovely retrieved and put back into the car with a little girl! My heart was full!

This lovely mushroom, in the shape of a heart, also appeared right after his crossing! We noticed it while we took a drive through our trails! Yes, Bear had earned his angel wings and was ok!

I had never seen a heart in the bottom of a horses feed bucket, either! I had just finished an amazing play time with Onyx, my gaited palomino! I felt my friend was with me as we played at liberty! She loved to play at liberty with her beautiful horses! Teaching them to be good citizens was her specialty! 

We had talked a lot about Onyx on the phone and through texts about what he needed from me, to become a very good citizen. It was a magical play session! I could hear her words and feel her energy as we played. It was truly a Magical Adventure I will also treasure! 

I had been thinking that Onyx may very well be my unicorn while we were playing, because it was as if we were sharing one mind, one soul and one body! 

When I spotted this perfect heart in his feed bowl, I felt the truth in my heart! He is my unicorn! He just needed time, as did I, to become one with me! 

Hearts have been an incredible way for my Angel Team to get my attention along with other meaningful images! So early this fall, while taking my evening vitamins, I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this perfect heart in the bottom of what I now call, the Magic Glass!

I have been inspired to write many stories from the many images I have been magically drawn to see! Some stories are memories, some are current experiences, some are happy, and some are sad! I trust there will be many more stories bubbling up to be shared from future images, as I trust that they will continue to appear and inspire my heart to write!

All of these stories have felt guided by my angelic team, my Spirit Guides or the collective divine universal energy I gratefully connect with! I continue to be amazed and in awe, because I am never alone when I write! 

Yesterday, we experienced the magic of winter! Snow! Beautiful white snow! Clean and fresh!  

As I walked to the barn I noticed the first horse show angel of the season! Can you see the tail feathers left in the snow? It's stunning, beautiful and mesmerizing!

It's a perfect image made by my unicorn! A message to always look for the Magic, as it is everywhere!  

Look high, and look low! Magical images are on trees, in the sky, in the bottom of a bucket, in the shape of a rock, in the snow or within an image in the bottom of a Magic Glass!

My heart skipped a beat when I saw the mystical horse head and heart image this morning!  The Magic Glass created yet another masterpiece! It's beautiful and perfect for this moment in time!

The Magic Glass presented me with several meaningful images! Heart bubbles! A Tinker Bell or Orb circle! A horse head and a lovely cat image! There may even be a baby bird sitting in a wee little nest!

My Angelic Communion Practice posts were recommended by Anne Bellamy, on Medium! She is an author, and editor of Soul Steering! Tears of gratitude appeared as I read her touching words!

I believe my team of angels had a hand in this story! My heart is overflowing with gratitude! 

We, my team of angels, the Magic Glass, my horses, cats, dogs, my friends and husband have all supported me as I simply listen and write from my heart!

The stories flow out of me when I give myself to the process and ask for guidance, for words, for wisdom!

Sometimes they bubble up in a matter of minutes! Other times the inspiration arrives throughout the day or even while I sleep! 

Today, the Magic Glass images are celebrating, dancing and sprinkling glittering fairy dust down upon me!

Angelic Communion Practice: Great Dane Memories

Magical memories inspired by the Magic Glass! 

Growing up I had a Great Dane, her name was Ginger! My mom let me get her, but didn't tell my dad. Oh dear!

We sat down for dinner, which was typical. Gin was a tiny little one. Mom had me leave her in my bedroom before dad got home! My bedroom was on the opposite end of the house! The plan was to tell my dad when we finished eating! 

I must have been 11 or 12 at the time. I had been begging for and researching Great Dane's for a couple of months.  I, like many kids, had fallen in love with Danes after we saw a Disney movie, "The Ugly Dachshund" and every evening at dinner I updated my family about what I had learned about them!

Everyday, I read the classified section of the newspaper, looking for registered Great Danes. Usually in the morning after my parents were finished reading it! When I found the ad that morning advertising Great Danes, I was so excited! I ran to the kitchen to show it to my mom! We called together. We arranged to go look at them that afternoon! 

We went, fell in love and brought her home! Oops! Dad hadn't said no to the idea of me getting a puppy, but he hadn't said yes to it either! 

So, that evening as we held hands and prayed, Ginger started to scratch at my bedroom door! I think mom and I looked at each other, with a look of yikes on our faces! We had not thought about her scratching cause she wanted me!

Once Amen was said, my dad looked up and around the table! I bit my lip in anticipation of what he was going to say when he met her! Dad noticed and asked me about the scratching sound. Before I could answer, she was howling! I ran to my room, picked her up and brought her out to meet my dad! Fortunately, she was adorable and my dad fell in love with her right away! 

Dad was a hunter, so I was, too! One of my favorite memories if Ginger and my dad was while we were out hunting pheasants. Ginger was leaping through the tall grass right along with Lucky, our Black Lab whovwas walking with his nose to the ground. I was walking behind her laughing at her. She looked like a deer because of her size and color! 

She must have leaped 5 or 6 times, so I knew when she didn't appear in the back up in the air, after a moment or two, that something was wrong! Sure enough, she fell into a semi deep ditch. Lucky saw it and walked around it. We were able to help her out unhurt! We laughed about that for years! 

I have many, many stories about Ginger! She was an amazing heart dog!

I am grateful for these sweet memories from my angelic team! Smiles, joy and deep love radiates from my soul!

The crescent moon was so beautiful as we walked out to the barn to do chores, last night! It pulled me into the moment several times as I was out and about doing chores! I kept taking pictures of it, knowing full well that this gorgeous sky was for me to take in!

My angel team wanted me to breath, to relax and return to a peaceful calm place! The traumatic, scary, and painful moments are over! Yes, healing is still occurring, but healing needs peace! Breath in the beautiful, calm energy of the Crescent moon as you both gain back your strength and vitality!

Angelic Communion Practice: Camel Energy

I didn't see the camel image until I rotated the picture and it became clear as ever! Awe, what is the spiritual message of this camel?

Planning and preparing was one message I found, which makes perfect sense to me! Especially considering the trail we created this summer! We started it way back in July when we noticed the branch had fallen! It's oak, so a very good wood to burn!

We studied it, cut up what we could so it would start to dry out and realized we could create a new path from one trail to the other! This would make it easier to pick up the heavy logs with the big blue tractor!

We decided to wait until after a freeze, so the plants would drop their leaves and make it easier to see our way!

Be wise, listen to your wisdom and stay grounded! When I reflect on this incredible message, I can't help but think about how far I have come! The twists and turns my life has taken were not easy, at times! I found myself in a pretty depressed state! Through, grounding, gratitude and wise counsel, I have persevered through life!

I, like the camel, am stronger! I learned to adapt and I developed endurance through mindfulness! Yes, we used the big blue tractor to carve a new path next to the majestic oak tree, but we are building stamina and endurance as we plan, navigate and discover a new path! A new way of being as we age!

The rocks and old tangled vines, next to this old tree, ground my heart, and I feel peace! I, like the camel, am resilient! I am grounded and I feel wise once again!
