19 is a repeat card from day 14. I looked through the guidebook to see if I could glean new information to share. Yes, ‘Ask your unicorn to place you in the bubble of white light!’ The unicorn can take the 12th dimensional light and reduce it down to what vibration we can handle. Oh. That tells me that when I am in a low vibrational state of mind, like I was this morning. I can ask for my unicorn to surround me in this amazing white light of love no matter what state of mind I am in. That love will permeate my being and help me to raise my vibration, so that I can be in the flow again.
Trust me, this morning I was an anxious mess. I couldn’t get anything done. I tried giving Tilly a toy with some treats in it which worked great for her, but Tipper thought she should have it too. So instead of making my life easier, I spiraled into a state of overwhelm. I wanted to dance, but didn’t want to dance in front of my husband, but I couldn’t go upstairs to do it alone, cause the dogs were getting amped up, too. It was a circus of epic proportion both in my mind and in reality. Nothing I tried was helping anyone.
I had my wonderful book club meeting coming up at noon, too. We are reading the book that Mavis Karn wrote, It’s That Simple. Which coincidentally is all about being in the zone/ being in the flow. How to be authentic through deep listening. How we are all perfectly made, but just don’t know how to use our personal guidance system. This book is made for people like me who are fearful or overwhelmed, grieving or angry… any of the emotions that can take over our mind instead of living a happy, joyful, confident life.
There was another lady in the zoom meeting who was babysitting her daughter’s dogs. She was feeling the same darn way I was. During the call, I had my camera off for almost all of it. I put the dogs out in deep cold weather at least 3 times in the 90 minutes. Thank goodness for bluetooth earbuds, cause I was listening. My anxiety was not getting any better, until It did. Then guess what, the dogs also calmed down. Hmm. Funny how that happens. One of the things another person said she picked up from a call she had been on with Mavis, is that we don’t have to do anything but be calm ourselves when someone is struggling. That deep calm does more for others sometimes. I know it does for me. I may be frustrated or antsy, walking or talking without stopping, but if I can grab on to a thread of calm, or feel the loving energy of a unicorn or my Angelic Tribe, the “LOW” mood usually leave upon its own accord and I can get back in touch with my inner wisdom. This is the place of creativity and inspiration. I can usually see the next best step for myself from a place of love and calm.
I love this quote from the book, too. “Your unicorn whispers that there is only love!” It reminds me that love will prevail. We are going to be OK if we are surrounded in a bubble of love. It’s magical and delicious.
39. Was a new card for us. Ascension Lift. Oh my. The rainbow and the animals all lifting up into the air gave me chills. The reading for this card is deep and full of pearls. Every word could be shared here. I will share just the ones that really resonated with me today. One is that we can take an actual lift, an elevator of sorts to ascend. We can hop into it when we are ready with our unicorn and press a ‘Cosmic Button’. How absolutely cool is that? Before we take the lift, it is important to “Examine your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual life and decide on your destination.” I love that today this card came when I asked, What can you share with us when we have anxiety and fear? Check in on your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. If there is anything you need to do or change, do that so you are ready to take the Ascension Lift.
I am grateful that I experienced a little emotional upheaval this morning, so I could ask for guidance for this from our tribes. I know I am not the only one who has experienced feeling a bit off the last couple of days. Love light to us all.
The last card that popped out of the deck today was 18. Refreshing Oasis. Look at that warm and peaceful picture. Green grass, flowers in the meadow, a calm Unicorn and donkey. I felt calmer and more in the flow when I looked at it. It uses tranquility and relaxation. Which is exactly what I needed to find this morning. Interestingly, I thought dancing would give it to me before the call. Nope, it helped, but I was not calm when it started. I thought talking on the call would help. It just let everyone know I was not myself and bless their hearts, they practiced getting calmer and wiser while I tried to mediate the conversations and needs of the dogs. In other words, they did not join my anxiety.
The guidebook states that, “This card suggests that you need to rest, relax and take care of yourself!” A few sentences in it says this. “Take yourself into your inner cave of calm and tranquility!” (I did not read this until just now, I promise!) It suggests that we listen to what we need and ‘schedule time for it!’ I think it may be time to schedule a message, how about you, what do you need?

Breath, relax, allow.
All is calm in the house. What a difference from this morning. I am grateful for the lesson or should I say the reminder that I am not calm, centered and lighthearted all of the time. I can still get frustrated or anxious. Is this so that I remember how far I have come on this journey?
Yes, when you experience these moments, and they are just moments in time, where you are unsettled, once you come out of it, it is yet another example to use to help others. They can join you in a sea of calm.
Oh?
Yes, when you share this with others they feel the difference between the two energy vibrations. One is heavy and dark, the others is light and well, light. Shine that light, but don’t forget what it feels like to have been living in a heavy and dark place.
People will eventually be waking up. They will need support as they do. If you are in joy all of the time it can be scary for others to step into that lightness. They don’t realize that you were once struggling with joy and happiness, too.
You don’t stay there (in that low vibration) long anymore. You lived there for far too long over the years. It feels even heavier to you when you go there now. Maybe even scarier than when you lived there. You didn’t know the difference like you do now. Being in a peaceful, tranquil, joyful place is where you spend most of your time now, which is wonderful. There is an even more magical and magnificent feeling to go to at the higher vibrations that is ahead for you and others. Allow us to lift you up. Your permission and request is vital. Slow and steady or at rocket speed, the choice is yours. You will find the right avenue to take as you continue to travel along the waves of life.
I see a lovely ocean with crashing waves on one side and smooth waters on the other.
Breath, relax, allow.
Soak in the white light between the waves and the smooth water. Put your feet in the water and breathe in the ocean air. Ground yourself.

I hear the crashing waves, but I am not feeling them. They are there and I am here. This peaceful, warm water is my reality.
Let the waves create their chaos over there.
It is not my choice to be in that water, today.

Oh, was the cigar I smelled letting me know that my dad was close to me the other night as I stood on the step with the dogs? YES!
The alarm went off. Tilly and the pack slept through it all today. WOOT-WOOT! Progress, zen, tranquility!
While editing, Tilly came over from her nap, she touched my leg gently, sat next to me and wagged her tail. I knew she was asking to go outside. WOW! This is a magnificent step toward her understanding that we go outside after we wake up from a nap. SHE ASKED TO GO OUT! It is time to Celebrate this! Tipper is lying with her now. I have hope and confidence that our pack will become cohesive. I certainly did not this morning. I am grateful that we made it to this peaceful place today!
