Magical Gifts and Gratitudes: Dragons.

Years ago Onyx was a Fire Breathing Dragon. Now, he is usually a calm and connected partner. The Dragon comes out from time to time, but not like it did when he first arrived.

This past year was the year of the Dragon. I see my Magic Glass decided to remind me of the Dragons in my life with this lovely image. If you look carefully, you may see a second one behind it!

Or, maybe that second one is a snake, as I understand it, next year will be the year of the snake, right? Hmm. I love it when my Angelic Team sends me images that want to be shared, but actually tell me what to write when I sit down to write. I never know for sure what words will appear on the page until they do.

Tonight, I didn't think I had anything to write about. I waited all day to be inspired. I wasn't. I realized that maybe when I went out to do chores I would be inspired by something. I was, it was the peace, the quiet and the stillness. The weather has been cold. 10 F. Which for me is cold enough that I just want to hurry up and get the chores done. Today the temperature was 35F. It was lovely. The snow adds a bit of quiet to the air.

As I was leaving the barn, I gave a half whistle to Onyx. He was quietly eating his hay about 150 feet from me. He had one ear on just before I whistled. It was the quietest whistle I have ever made. He heard it and asked me if I needed him to come to me or if he could quietly stay where he was. I let him know that he was just fine where he was. I just wanted him to know I was connected to him.

I am grateful that my Dragon was peaceful today. I am grateful that my Angelic Team sent me the gift of the Dragon and Snake in the Magic Glass. An Image we can all relate to as we leave the year of the Dragon behind and enter the year of the Snake. May the Year of the Snake be peaceful and calm!

Apparently the Spirit of the Giraffe has been trying to get my attention since November 27th! I have received 6 different Giraffe images from both the Magic Glass and the Coffee Froth.

Today, I was given not 1 Giraffe image, but 2 of them.

I was also sent the Giraffe Spirit from the Spirit Animal Oracle deck by Colette Baron-Reid 3 different times today. Once in an online reading and twice while I was opening my new deck.

I realized that it was past time to look up the spiritual meaning of the Giraffe. There are several things that stood out to me. The first is that Giraffes are pacifists. They are peaceful, loving, gentle and observant. However, they will fight when they need to. A well placed kick will cripple an opponent!

I am grateful that my team of angels has sent the Giraffe Spirit images and gifts for me to become aware of what the larger picture is. I am not sure exactly what that is just yet, but I trust it will emerge and become crystal clear in time. Until it does, I will stretch up and, look around for positive outcomes coming our way. Yet, I will also be ready to strike out at any dangerous situations that may be headed our way, too!

Once again it took me time to process what the messages were. It took me time to see exactly what the messages were, too. I noticed them, but I didn't see or understand that they were indeed trying to get my attention. Honestly, I am processing the meaning of the Giraffe for this time in my life. It could have several important meanings. In time, I trust that it will become crystal clear and I will understand.

I decided to open just one deck of cards today. I chose The Magic of Unicorns by Diana Cooper. I chose this one partially because of the Image of the horse and rider, and partially because it was calling to me!

This deck is absolutely beautiful and energetically in line with me! It's words, images and amazing energy is magical. Each card drew me in as I cleared the deck, touched each card, read the words and was touched by the beauty of each image!

The pocket guide is very well written! I decided to only draw one card for my first drawing. Number 19. Coccoon of White Light! Rest within a bubble of white light and love! 

The number 19 felt familiar when I drew it, but in this moment it became clear as to why it was familiar. On the 19th of this month, our fiber optics will be installed. 

My question for this drawing was for a general message, however I was also thinking about what is next. Will I just keep writing or create something else? Will I create spiritual or mindfulness videos or continue on the path I am on with my writing?

Or will I do both.  What will that look like?

So the message to Caccoon, reminds me to be patient and allow love to heal, inspire and gift me with the perfect timing so that I can do and be the best me I can be!

Magical Gifts and Gratitudes: Teeter Totter

Where do you like to ride a teeter totter?  

Do you choose the high side, the low side or do you prefer the middle?

This pretty little bird feels as though it would be in the middle, today! 

It feels calm and unaffected by the movement happening on either side of it. 

The energy moves up and down on either side, as it balances calmly on the fulcrum. 

The people moving up and down are enjoying the ride, yet I wonder if they realize they could choose to balance on the calm fulcrum, instead?

Moving closer to the center is the answer for both people on the teeter totter if they seek peace and calm. 

They don't have to feel the incredible highs or the crazy lows. They can feel the crystal clear and calm energy the peaceful bird is experiencing!

Today, I am grateful that I am enjoying the peaceful crystal clear energy the middle of the teeter totter freely offers to us all.

Magical Gifts and Gratitudes: Deep Messages.

This morning I woke up realizing that the Magic Glass image of the bear and a dog silhouette had more to share with me. I realized that it was a message to share the 'Celebration of Life' angelic gifts and gratitude message with my friend.

I knew that when the moment arrived, I would share the story with her. This morning, she texted me about horses. I knew in that moment, that I was being nudged and that she and her family are loved deeply.

She was touched and I am too! I never know why I write what I write. I simply listen to the messages that appear and write them down from my heart.

Her brother loved his dogs. I believe he shared the dog images with me, to let his family know that he is doing OK and is with his dogs.

Today, I am incredibly grateful that my Angelic Team figured out how to send me images, even though I had put the Magic Glass away for a few months. I am also grateful that I brought it back out and am receiving the messages for others, too!

Yesterday a dear friend stopped by. We had a deep conversation about this and that. I was grateful for the company.

Today I realized that the Magic Glass image I added to my gratitudes is a picture of two different animals. One is the bear which I mentioned. The second image is of Bear, my sweet dog that started the Rock Reflection Rituals from a couple of summers ago. I feel him with me often. He was my Black Lab cross and one of the best dogs ever.

I am grateful for the lovely memories I had of Bear today!

Magical Gifts and Gratitudes: Dreams Become Reality.

Last night this beautiful sunset pulled me in!

Today, it was a beautiful day. 50 F degrees. No wind. I played with Ollie, my older horse in the arena. He struggled with some fears and anxiety today. He hasn't displayed these emotions for a while. Old habits emerged. I did my best to help him to relax, but it wasn't until we returned to the familiar area of the arena that he did.

I noticed that he was antsy at the trailer. Normally I let him play with me at liberty until he is connected to my heart. I didn't do that today. Instead I saddled him and started with longlining. I also played with a different area of the arena. He lost his confidence there! We ended on a confident note, but I pushed him into anxiety instead of helping him to find tranquility and calm!

I wonder if this was a good idea? Did I help him or did we go backwards in our relationship?

Yesterday, this image of a bear appeared in the magic glass!

The bear is headed into hibernation for winter. Sleep is where our dreams appear. Our dreams guide our way!

The tranquility of the sunset, Ollie's antsy behavior, along with the bear heading to his den to sleep and dream of his future seem to be telling me something!

When you are calm and clear, your dreams will manifest! When antsy, anxious and fearful, your dreams will be on hold.

Take care of your confidence, so your dreams can become reality!

Today I am keeping it very simple. Though, I may jump on later with more rambling gifts and gratitudes. The weather is warmer today than it has been the last week, so splitting wood and playing with horses is on the agenda for today and tomorrow!!

Last week we ordered a gift we have both been wanting for ourselves. We picked out the coffee grinder, 2 French Presses that are insulated and an Electric Kettle. OH MY. The coffee is so much better than I remembered it being.

I used a French Press for years and years, though when the K-Cups became a thing, they took over. As I recall, I did not want to give up my French Press, but eventually I did. The ease of a k-cup became the norm.

I am so very grateful that we have returned to using the French Press. We each can grind our preferred organic beans and since the French Press is insulated, it stays hot for the perfect amount of time for me to have my 2 cups of coffee.

Most of all, the taste is richer and more robust. These 4 items have brought us both so much joy. Who knew something so simple could be exactly what we needed in our lives.

We don't need the ease of the K-Cup style of brewing coffee anymore. We have time to grind the beans, heat the water and press the coffee. We have time to enjoy our individual coffee recipes. We have time together, as we discuss the agenda for the day and catch up on the news of the day! We are not in a hurry anymore. Life is peaceful and quiet.

I am grateful for the life we live and the time we have to listen to each other and to our wisdom.

Yesterday, I realized after I wrote for the day, that my friend was sending me hearts after I had dreamed of her.

In my dream I said, "Why haven't you called, it's not like you to go so long between calls!"

Today, she and my angelic team, sent me another heart. A teddy bear holding a heart. After she crossed, I saw a teddy bear cloud with a heart on the belly. During that time, I noticed all kinds of clouds in the sky to let me know that she had made it safe and sound across the veil. I can hear her now!

"Guess what?"

I would answer, "What?" knowing I would hear the answer if I responded or not!

"Not only can I make Teddy Bears with hearts in the clouds, I can do it in your coffee, too!"

I am grateful that the Veil is thin. I am grateful that my loved ones found my vibrational signature and have learned how to communicate with me. This is a two way street. A connection, a relationship that is built on trust and faith.

I suspect my friend sent the chicken, too. She loved her hens. Some of them had moved with her from SD to Colorado before they moved with her again to Wisconsin.

I visualize my friends and family sitting around a fire pit discussing the images they want to create and send to me. Of course the images need to be ones that I will recognize as being from them. The chicken and the Teddy Bear are easy. My dad and a friend from high school gave me Teddy Bears.

The dog with the patch on its eye looks like the dog I had when I got my first teaching job. His name was Skipper. That dog and I went everywhere together. He even rode the ski lift with me when I was a ski instructor many years ago. My mom may have thought up his image for today, as she loved all of my dogs. She went with me to pick him out. He was a Sheltie that was too big for the show ring or for breeding. He was absolutely the perfect companion for me.

The troll and the beaver. Oh how fun. This was my dad's idea. He use to tell stories to the grand kids all of the time about a troll on a bridge. That troll was the meanest troll around. He made every person and animal pay the toll to use the bridge. Even the beaver who could swim under it, or build a dam to flood it. The kids and my dad would laugh and laugh as the story changed every time they saw each other.

Today, I am grateful that my loved ones cared enough to send me these lovely images. I have had the best time thinking about what each image represents on this day. They brought me great joy!

Magical Gratitude and Gifts: Truth In Lovelight

Today I am grateful for hearts. One appeared in the coffee froth, one appeared in the Magic Glass and another appeared as a piece of firewood.

Stopping to cherish the symbol of love, when it appears, has become a magical experience for both my husband and I. He finds as many hearts, it seems, as I do. He found a leaf that was torn just right and buried in a little bit of snow yesterday. It looked like a heart the way it was presented in the snow. He was excited to share it with me. It made me smile as he told me what it looked like when he found it.

We call our little piece of heaven on earth, Whispering Hearts, because the land talks to us. Our horses and dogs talk to us. The trees talk to us and the wildlife talks to us, too!

We find peace and calm here on this property. When the hearts show up, we know we named this place the right name because our Angelic Team uses them to send us messages of love or confirmation.

I drew the card from the Love and Light deck the other day. I didn't take a picture of it at that time, but I left it out so that I would be reminded to do so. This morning my coffee froth image was not something that I recognized until I went upstairs and saw the woman's beautiful hair flowing out behind her. The image was a nudge to study this card.

I am asked to let go of my resistances and judgments. Seriously? I want to hang onto them, I don't want to let them go. How can letting them go, lead to freedom in my truth?

Letting go allows peace of mind. When we let go, life becomes crystal clear. Letting go allows the lovelight to shine. Our thoughts become clearer and we are connected to our angelic team, wisdom, god, source, the universe or whatever you call a higher power. Inspiration comes from this peaceful, calm space. The tighter we hold on to attachments, resistance and judgment the farther we are from our truth.

I just heard the song, Freedom, in my head. It is such a powerful song!

The Magic Glass sent me 2 images today. A wolf and a cat. Notice the heart made of light on the cat image! In my heart I am a cat lady. The heart made of light is a message. A loving message of hope, love and joy. I reminder to be free in the truth of love, light, hope and joy!

Magical Gifts and Gratitudes: Be Seen

I am grateful for peaceful nights in the barn. While feeding I noticed a red light in the sky. I went out to check it out. Sure enough, the sunset was magical. I was delighted by the clouds and the deep red colors. 

Today the weather is blustery. Winds are coming from the north west. The winds are bringing cold temps and moments of snow showers. Branches are falling from the trees and large profile vehicles are going much slower than normal. One even had its flashers on as the top of it was swaying to and fro. 

It's fascinating to me how quickly the weather can change. From peaceful and delightful to down right nasty. Yet, this will pass. The winds will settle, the cold will stay for a day or two, the sun will come back out and a bit of warmth for this time of year will return. 

We dress for the weather, no matter what it is. We put on or take off layers of clothing. We throw more wood on the fire or we turn on the AC. Life goes on. 

I am grateful for the gift of the red sky last night. Today, I am grateful that we drove safely past the swaying high profile vehicles on our way to and from an appointment. I am grateful for warm clothes and wood to put on the fire.

I drew this card from the Inner Child Oracle deck the other day. I thought it was lovely and beautiful. Deer are seen frequently here on our farm. My heart understood the meaning, but I didn't feel it was necessary to share. This morning, when the coffee foam displayed this picture, I didn't remember the card. When I sat down to write the connection appeared. My Angelic Team wanted me to reflect on that card and what it means.

I deserve to be seen. I am worthy of being seen. Don't give up on your dreams, keep following the 'feel' until you are 'crystal clear' of the path to take and the choices to make, because you deserve to be seen. Just like the beautiful sunset that pulled you by the heartstrings of curiosity out of the barn to bask in it's magnificence, you too deserve to be seen. 

May this message touch your heart, because you deserve to be seen, too!

Magical Gifts and Gratitudes: Look Inward.

A horse and dragon image appeared today. One in my coffee and one in the Magic Glass. Both of these images have appeared before. Each time they draw me to be stronger and braver.

The horse head reminds me so much of the horse head that I found cutting wood last fall. I felt my dear friend was with me when I found the image in the fire wood. I still have that piece to remind me of the magic we discover each and everyday.

This horse head reminds me of drift wood that has been well preserved for years and years, floating along in the water. It reminds me of the day Dan and I were boating 2 summers ago when I found the unicorn head shape where we were fishing. I wrote a story about that magical day. It is a beautiful memory.

Many memories are treasured gifts that carry us forward or they can be painful memories that hold us back. I have experienced them both. Letting go of those painful thoughts has been a lesson for me most of my life, most recently during the last 2 years. Writing this post reminded me that I am spending more and more time in the treasured memories that bring my heart joy. For that I am grateful.

The Magic Glass image is of a dragon head. When I looked closer I realized that there is a mirror image of the dragon head. Looking into the pond with the dragon I see a pregnant woman.

My team is making sure that I share the pregnant woman. She represents birthing. Birthing something new and very important. I don't know what it is, but this is the 3rd time that a pregnant woman has appeared during the past 10 days or so. twice in one particular card and now from the magic glass.

I did not share the pregnant woman on the card, because she was naked and raw. I believe that I will pull her up, as I took her picture. I believe that if the angels went to this much trouble to bring about this image, she and her circle of women are meant for the group to see.

The card is Daily Habits. My spiritual practices are the key to opening my divine power and wisdom. OH MY. Look at the image in the moon. It looks like a dragon head. Dragons guard and guide us through transformation as we seek wisdom and deep understanding of the mystical world.

We as a community of light workers are birthing something incredibly important. It is magical, wise and will fill us up with treasured memories to hold dear. Look into the pond at our reflections. Look into our collective souls. Listen to the songs of your hearts. Be raw and naked as the dragon guards you on your next magical adventure.
