9’s are showing up all over the place for me today. My income for the first day of February, on Medium, was higher than any previous month’s first day! I made $9.01 and just now when I sat down to write, the time was 9:09 AM. It was so cool and had such a strong energy that I tried to get a picture of my phone screen! I wasn’t able to, as my phone screen is locked, but the memory is still with me.
My friend, Debbra Lupien, found an interesting article on Medium about 3, 6 and 9, after I shared my meditation story with the number 9 in it. In the dream, I was asked to look for the number 9. It would be on a sign, directing me to take a left, off of the forest path, I was asked to follow during the meditation!
My total income from Medium, for the month of January, was $63.32. Woot-woot. I owe Debbra a huge shoutout, too! She knew my goal was to make 60 dollars! I was a wee bit short as of the last day of the month. Medium pays a bit more if a ‘Friend of Medium’ dances around, reading, highlighting and clapping on your stories! Debbra is a ‘Friend of Medium’ as well as a long time friend. She was inspired to support my goal.
I had a zoom meeting with my horse coach… meanwhile Debbra was ‘dancing’ on my stories! She was busy reading, clapping and commenting on several of them while I was learning how to help my horse be the best that he could be. I responded to her comments when I could during and after my class once it was over. I smiled, as I read her lovely comments and insights. It did not matter to me if her lovely ‘dance’ would raise my income for the month or not, it was a touching and lovely expression of our friendship. It was something she was inspired to do for me. I was grateful beyond words.
Interestingly, the next morning, I was over my $60.00 goal for the month of January. I was grinning from ear to ear as I sipped on my morning coffee. My heart and soul were dancing a little jig, too! With her support, I met a goal. I was so grateful. It was the boost I needed emotionally, not just financially. With her help and with all of you, my readers, support along the way, I met a goal. It may seem small to some, but it was such a delightful surprise for me.
My heartfelt gratitude, today, is for friendship!
Friends reach out, support and lift you up. They encourage you to reach for your dreams. Friendships are magical gifts from the universe. Friendships are created when our paths cross and for some reason our connection sticks. A magical connection begins. I have had friends throughout my life. The ones that have been heartfelt, are the ones that have survived the highs and lows that our individual lives have moved through.
I have discovered that there are layers and many types of friendships, not all are the same. Not all last. Not all support or lift up. Some are one sided. Some are there for only a chapter in your life. Others stick around for the whole book. Some flow in and out of the chapters, within the book, like a river on a summer day. Others are in it for the floods as well as the calm seas. Regardless of the type of friendship, I see them all as having been instrumental in my life. I have learned, shared, given, taken and been connected to some amazing friends. All of these are the friendships for which I am incredibly grateful for, today!
I celebrate and am grateful to you all, for being in my life and for being my friend!
