This morning Ollie begged me to play with him! He offered a lovely back up, one of the things we played with yesterday, followed by the look! The look that invited me to join him in the dance! A variation of the infinity dance is what our play became! 

The infinity symbol is a figure 8, but the energy and connection of the dance we found ourselves doing this morning  felt spiritual! It was just the 2 of us talking together! No rope, no stick, just us!

We started out bumping into each other, as we danced! I realized I  needed to be clearer with my intentions so he could match my steps, as I was on the outside of the figure 8! It felt different to both of us, because usually I stayed on the inside of the 8! 

Once we connected mentally the distance between us was maintained! We were in harmony! It was as though a strong magnified string was between our personal bubbles! We could move freely inside the bubble, without interrupting the flow of the dance! We were balanced and focused, yet together as one! 

I found myself swirling as we changed directions, just as if I were on a dance floor, not just inside our hoop building! We were separate, but one, as we explored the different ways we could stay connected and maintain the infinity dance! The vibration at which we were connected was amazing and special! 

When we dance through life, and find ourselves feeling this higher vibrational connection to whatever it is we are doing, with a partner or with our day to day living, it becomes a magical moment full of harmony, balance, focus and oneness with life! Infinity!

Rock Reflection Ritual - Time

 Rock Reflection Ritual 

Time just seems to be sailing by, but it hasn't always felt this way! I remember not so very long ago, after I had finally made the big decision to retire, how slowly the months, weeks and days passed!  

Bear's grey highlights tell me that time has passed way too quickly! 

He shows me with his arthritic gait that time has passed! It feels as though it has passed quickly, like the time since I  retired!

The Black Caps are ripening slowly this year,  because the time between rain storms has been lengthened! 

The light green buds are begging for water! They are on plants that live on the high side of the property!

This plant, half way down the slope is slowly maturing! Some water must still be trickling toward this area!

This lovely patch was downhill from the spring runoff! It seems to be prolific and maturing right on time! They were yummy, too!

Yesterday,  I attended the singing bowl experience, again! 

It was the last one in the series! I learned that the Chateau Theater was designed many years ago to provide excellent acoustics for Opera performances! 

Therefore, it is one of the best places in the Midwest for musical events! I could feel the respect and honor the singing bowl performer had for this space. I could also feel her sadness because her time to preform here was coming to an end! 

As a child, I looked up at these walls while waiting for a movie to begin!

Time stood still, as I studied the beautiful architecture again, yesterday! I was pulled back in time to enjoy fragments of memories; laughing, crying, eating popcorn and drinking soda from a straw, with my mom, my friends or my entire family! 

The performance, her last performance of the year, was filled with passion and emotion! 45 minutes of time moving quickly, yet also slowly! 

Why does time do that? How can it move so slowly in one moment, yet in another moment it moves by way too fast? 

Which is better, which experience is easier? Which scenario is best for you? Which calms your soul? Which causes your heart and soul to rejoice and celebrate! Which causes anxiety or fear?

Rock Reflection Ritual - Magical Day

Rock Reflection Ritual 

It was a magical day on the water! 

A unicorn guarded the entrance to the enchanted forest!

Magical flying faeries escorted our vessel guiding the way to visit the high flying majestic leaders of the water realm! 

A white smoky mist was held at bay by the sparkling  mermaides! 

Their powerful spells protected all of the creatures who were summuned to enjoy and frolic in the magic of the day!

The captain of the ship skillfully navigated around and through the dancing water trees as we followed the peaceful and calm magnetic energy to its source! 

As we rounded the final bend, flying high in the sky, the answer to the quest we were pulled to experience  was revealed! 

The leader of the magical realm had produced an heir to the thrown! 

The enchanted water kingdom had gifted us with an incredible magical adventure! 

Have you ever experienced a moment in time that teleported you into a place of harmony and love that felt too magical to be true?

Treasure those moments! Call on them, as they will lead you to another magical adventure!

Rock Reflection Ritual - Stuck

 Rock Reflection Ritual 

Yesterday I found myself in my thinking side of my brain! My heart space was blocked! I was creatively as stuck as I could be!

I had ridden along with my husband to fix a camper! The plan was that I would write in the truck! I had been there before and knew it was a beautiful setting out in the country! 

No worries,  I can write there! I have my phone, wifi connection and time! What more do I need? Apparently a lot more!

I was met with incredible resistance! First, I was still trying to remember all of the ins and outs of writing in this blog space vs a Facebook post! I simply couldn't move from my over thinking brain space, to my heart space! 

Second, I realized I didn't have my Rock, I wasn't grounded! I wasn't connected to earth and my anxiety was starting to rise! Could I write like I did on the other platform? Could I write in a different location, the truck? Was it time to change my format, my style my focus and my purpose because of these changes?

Finally, I let go of my concerns and looked outside!  I asked my magical team of angels for inspiration!  I asked for help! I asked for guidance! I felt drawn to be in nature, to ground myself! This is what I saw! 

Rocks, trees, and beautiful  natural looking landscaping! My energy shifted! 

I stepped out of the truck and took in the sounds, sights and magic of it all that  surrounded me! 

The beauty pierced my soul! I was grounded, I was inspired and once again at peace! The magical ray of light dancing through the trees drew me into natures heart space, where I became one with her energy  frequency! 

Have you ever been stuck inside your head? Thoughts of fear, anxiety and questions spin relentlessly like a mind tornado through your head!?!

How do you return to your magical heart space, where creativity and answers live?

Who do you ask to guide you? God, angels, the universe, Mother Nature or another higher power?

Rock Reflection Ritual - Rhythm

 Rock Reflection Ritual 

Rhythm! Rain! Ripening!

 

Life, in particular Mother Nature, has a rhythm we learn to follow! Patterns are everywhere we just need to recognize them! 

Our rainfall this year hasn't followed the typical pattern we all depend on! We started out with way too much rain, which was followed by spotty rain, if any arrived at all!

Yesterday, after a spattering of rain we dragged our outdoor arena, before taking a drive through the trees! We enjoy our amazing patches of wild Black Caps each year! We pick them to enjoy right from the plant or to eat with yogurt, pancakes or ice cream! Yummy!

Without adequate amounts of rain, the natural rhythm of ripening fruit must adapt and change! Yesterday,  we checked several patches as we drove through the property! The fruit is appearing, the color is slow to change from green, to red,  to tasty purple! With eagle eyes we spotted 4 beautiful ripe fruits! 

 

We Shared the tasty morsels as we drove on! Just as we reached the far end of the property, we were greeted with a downpour! We laughed and laughed as we flew home through the meadow and the trees! The rain was short lived, but ever so welcomed. 

Mother Nature's rhythm is hopefully restored, the summer fruit can finish ripening! 

Learning the rhythm of life is important, however adjusting to the pauses in the rhythm, is just as important!

Do you remember a time in your life where the rhythm was different? How did you pause? What did that feel like? Was it welcomed or was it worrisome? 

Racing home in the rain was a magical adventure! A welcomed celebration of a sudden, though short burst of rain!

Blogging.... AGAIN

My life has changed again. I have retired. My heart was pulled to start writing.... again! So, I retired!

I have been writing, just not blogging! I will move some of my current writing here in the coming days! Rock Reflection Ritual is what I have been calling it on Facebook. I started a group called Magical Heart Reflections. This has been going really well, until FB would not let me post into the group! Interestingly, that post was all about expectations and being able to pivot. 

Apparently, it is time to go with the flow and pivot again, back to the blog? Maybe!

I see I can also add photos, which is important! I just noticed the flame floating over the fire! 

I had not noticed this orb before! Maybe it is my sign, that I am on the right path, once again?

Could writing be my purpose? 

Rock Reflection Ritual - Stagecoach Trail

 Rock Reflection Ritual 

Jewel was my Engagement present! A 4 year old Morgan Gelding! He was the perfect horse for me at that time in my life!

Once our bond was strong, we were unstoppable! We rode many different trails! He was hot to go and we went… fast!

Turns out he was a multi-gaited Morgan! He could do all gaits, but dog walk! Many people didn't like to ride with him, because he was fast! He was a great trail leader for faster horses, though! 

The other day we, Dan Kirchner and I, took our side by side to a friend's trail nearby! We went through the creek and around the bends! 

When we started up the Stagecoach trail, I felt Jewel with us! I teared up, as I remembered every single step we took on that trail! It is a long trail that starts out gradual, but the push at the end is steep! 

Grass was the reward for the horses, water for the riders!

Memories of magical adventures with friends, horses and dogs are precious!

Rock Reflection Ritual - Expectations

Rock Reflection Ritual

A new spot to feel gratitude and reflect was created! There is a lot more shade in this area of the yard! 

Tipper accepted it right away! Bear, has not! He smells the sand and walks away! Interesting! My expectation was for him to accept it, as Tipper did! 

Change from routine can be hard to accept! It can be difficult to enter into the same energy flow when one experiences a change in one's routine!

It's a few hours past our usual time to reflect together! Bear, was begging me to join him earlier, so I did as I also enjoyed my breakfast! He seemed satisfied, though there wasn't time for me to write! My expectations shifted!

A storm is brewing! It's above us, but the drops are far and few between! I am soaking in the energy from this new grounding location! The energy is good! I can find my zen here!

I can feel my anxiety as it flows through my body into the ground! Storms worry me! They always have, but grounding, or as I call it, rocking, is pulling that extra energy away! I didn't expect that!

Rock Reflection Ritual - Out of Focus?

Rock Reflection Ritual - Out of Focus?

As I traveled from a memorial for a childhood friend, I saw this magnificent guy! I was headed to a luncheon for the people who had gathered to celebrate our friend!

I turned the truck around, so I could see him again! He had disappeared for a moment, but flew to this secluded spot, far from shore!

The focus is blurred! The message is sharp! I thought of him as a crane yesterday! It is however a Blue Heron! In my heart it was a stork! A sign of birth or rebirth!

At the luncheon we talked about finding dimes, seeing double rainbows, beautiful feathers and heartfelt visions! We talked, as goosebumps appeared on our arms! It was a very connected, deep conversation about messages we have personally experienced! Believing they were from loved ones who have crossed!

Today, I pondered the message from the stork, crane, heron! Why had I seen it and felt it was so important to turn around to feel it's energy?

I had never seen one on this lake before, which I frequently went to in my childhood and young adult years! This lake is the home of many Canadian Geese, not Herons! It caught my attention and I respected it for doing so!

I saw it wading majestically in the water. Strong, beautiful and elegant! Just like my friend was! When I hunted for it, it wasn't there, it was hidden from sight! It reappeared as it flew away from shore! It made ripples in the water as it's long legs tapped the surface of the mirror like lake! It landed far out on this pile of branches, on a snag, to enjoy a meal it had carried with it!

Out of focus, yes! My phone was dark, I trusted that I had found it, as I captured the approximate location! Trust and feel!

Could the message be, that those who cross, are still with us, but out of focus? We must trust and feel for their messages as they touch the veil between us, leaving ripples for us to find?

Dimes, double rainbows, beautiful feathers, birds, heart rock's, and of course visions that feel so incredibly real!
